Yhooo I am not going to say anything about the best service from Sudwala lodge because that's a given they super super but the the manager there is very very horrible (freedom) wow I'm even shocked he is a manager who doesn't have people skills, no communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Problem solving and decision-making instead he threaten to call police...has no respect for anyone i mean anyone but after all how possible he treat guest well were as he doesn't even treat his own stuff with well mannered....Guest will never return back to the lodge when they think of that manager...yhooo aiii will never recommend anyone to go there ul regret
I am a visitor at Schweizer Reneke for December holidays...I decided to that ill buy my niece Christmas clothes at Schweizer Reneke Ackermans cos the store is my favorite bt yhooo I regret.I went the bought the clothes when I get home the clothes does not fit well then I'm like its ok il return for exchange,When I get there I go around in the shop looking for other clothings "bear in mind looking for clothes takes too long"thereafter I queue on a long queue when I get at the counter that's when they tell me that the refund/exchange system is offline.Haow I'm like after all the energy I wasted as you guys don't announce that the system is not working really now?I was sooo ****ed and annoyed honestly thats not how things should work...I asked one of the cashier there to please then keep this clothes for me cos the sizes are nt easily found il come the following day to exchange them oh my gosh the cashier gave me a huge attitude asking me where she's going to put them? I'm like please then she's like "just put them there"with this huge attitude then I asked to speak to the manager (Lesego)to please put this clothes for me and she said yes then I left...The way I was ****ed wth the attitude and the wasting on time cos they dont alerting the customers that the system is not working I decide to go the following day (27/12/2020) to just ask for my refuse cos their poor service...I get there they call a supervisor (Ginnet Nobatho)If that the correct name she told me.Ginnet comes and offer to assist with the refund then I take out the clothes and 1 per of takkies then I experience another attitude from her telling me that she wont assist me cos the takkies are dirty and I'm like excusee me those takkies I bought them on the 25/12/2020 and my kid ddnt were them and I took those takkies dirty as they are cos that was the last of the size "11" so I ddnt mind cos this dirty its nothing bt if there was another cleaning size 11 I was gona take them...She didn't wana hear anything and left me like that on the counter saying I am bt gona assist you.I stood there like a fool with no assistance even other customers had to interfere saying how could this supervisor (Ginnet)treat me like this cos this takkies they are dirty inside bt when they look at the back we can see that the kid didn't wear them...I stood there with other customers trying to look at the takkies commenting that these no any sign showing this takkie was used..I had to shout so I can get assistance then the supervisor (Ginnet)she came and started arguing with me in front of other customers even more customers got involved...then the manager came (Lesesgo) came we were still arguing with Ginnet then they started to assist me cos I was fumming now...When they were done with the refund Lebo (manager)started with insulting me telling how dirty I am told her to please not to judge a book by its cover bear in mind I am a pilot so she should see me and say all those words,the worst thing she told me that she will pour me with hot water and I am like come do it rite now...I can see that's a trend at Schweizer Reneke to pour customers with hot water no wonder Edgars store is closed all because the employee poured customer with hot water...Im sure Lebo and Ginnet want the store to close too...Will be the last time ever in my inter life being a customer and will never recommend it to anyone to buy clothes at any Ackerman cos I see the employees there are taught to burn customers with boiled water..The treat customers like rubbish.
I went there to buy phone with my parents i took us 2hours to get device.the lady was fine but yhoo that female manager you'd swear we dd something to her,she was all annoyed showing through her face nje,it was so silence even my dad had to start conversation with her coz she was all rude,annoyed not giving us any attention...wow never saw just a service...even my mom wanted us to leave and go somewhere .they were very slow hence we received our handset after 2hours of just waiting and waiting not knowing what to do.even they told us to wait y giving a reason why...ai shem after paying off this handset will just close the account.

I booked a car with Avis this year January and I was surprised when I went to my bank to release my savings funds only to find out that I owe then R322 for traffic fund as they say...nothing has been communicated with or sms,email or phone call,all they do is wanna deduct my money without any communication what kind of a company does that?That a poor service You cant just deduct money without any explanation please....very disappointed will never book with them again or recommend to anyone
have been receiving threatening mails from Lifestyle legal (Pty)Ltd and sms stating that Loan Tracker SA and Loan Zone SA demands I pay them R1100 and it is increasing every monthtelling me that my account has been handed over to their laws. They did not render any service to me, I have no written agreement, I did not sign anything, and then they went and obtained my banking details and personal details without my permission and have now sent me a court summons to pay this amount.Surely the court should look at if this is legal. How can some random person demand this money from me and I have never had anything to do with them. I say that Lifestyle Legal, Loan Tracker SA and Loan Zone SA should be investigated by the Consumer rights complaints commission as obtaining peoples personal details without their permission and then demanding I pay them is definitely against the law. I have emailed them several time stating my case but they ignore my mails and just send back more threatening mails. What do i do to stop these criminals from ripping off the next person , I need a signed Documentation as proof in other for me to pay up
<p>I am very disappointed with the service,I requested one of the consultant to assist me with looking for holiday accomodation for my birthday around feb-march cos my b,day is on April but none of anyone came back to me then i let it pass,and again around may i requested an assistance for holiday accomdation for my husband's birthday which is july yet again till this far no one came back to me....They left me hanging without an feedback.....i wanted to upgrade to getmore plus but with this service they giving me Im not sure I will,infact i would not even reccommend to anyone to join cos they leave people hanging without any feedback, like realy??? is this how you treat people...very disappointed and very angry</p>
<p>I always buy chill at chicken licken and surprisingly this other lady refused that i buy the satch saying that i have to buy a meal first before i can buy their satches,was super surprise cos i always buy then there,she was very rude and even ddnt pay attention to me or hear me out....(chicken licken next to Bree taxi rank jhb)</p>
<p>I am tired of calling for your service yet you do not assist me but you billing me...all the time when i have to use the service i am being told that m account has been suspended ( ********** )....I call in yesterday and being told the same thing but they managed to assisy me, today m calling but they unable to be assistat,was talikg to Khosi Gwaqubana she was rude and telling me that her manager Cludine Morgan she not available so not sure which person to talk too...I tired of you honestly</p>
