No responses to emails over 3 weeks
Have sent 3 emails to the support email address over 3 weeks and have yet to have a response. No call centre number to try speak to a human either. Really frustrating trying to use their product when you can't resolve technical issues with their 'contact' centre...

Scam business
Similar to other reviews I’ve just seen, it’s been 2 months since paying Kenneth for a new pool blanket. I followed up with a couple of calls to him asking for update but today he didn’t answer his mobile, emails and sms’s are unanswered and WhatsApp business account has an auto response

Not honouring work under warranty
Requested a call out to address waterproofing under guarantee. Received email stating “Due to the current pandemic in South Africa (Covid), Universal Roofing Pretoria has sadly been forced to close its doors.” Despite several emails to the Head Office (JHB), no response or offer to honour warranty. Very poor

<p>Great service as usual from Albi! 24 hours from Citton collecting my vehicle to the agreed purchase price was paid to my account. The way buying and selling cars should be - pleasant and painless. Highly recommended for old fashioned and honest business with a smile.</p>
