Most shocking cell phone provider when it comes to customer service. To reach them for support is non-existent. The 083 135 number a pathetic setup with prompts not supportive or user friendly at all. Option to speak to a consultant on the voice prompt but not working. Absolutely shocking. Had to reach them urgently due to fraud in accounts and it was such a mission. Please don't use MTN
No customer service. Taking money from customers with no effort to sort out or refund due to failed process. Don't use whatsupp to do business with MTN. No support whatsoever
Pathetic service, several attempts to reach out for support with no feedback. Paid R149 for data not received and MTN just ignore the fact that they have taken from a customer. Don't use whatsup to do business with MTN, they take your money!!!!!

Absolute pathetic service. Reply to you privately with promises that does not happen. Debiting account with insurance without authorisation then promises the refund and still outstanding. Numerous emails. Admyntech discusting service. If I am Guardrisk will think again to underwrite this insurance. Probably 30 emails with most rediculous excuses.

They cannot proof or give me confirmation that I have taken the insurance and clearly don't understand the FAIS regulations. I wonder if Guardrisk who is the Insurer is aware of what's happening. No Manager can speak to you and they just keep on debiting. Shocking service and a Ombudsman complaint.

<p>Please never use this Academy for your kids if you are not 100% sure that your kid is going to study there. They mislead you with information and put a contract infront of you to sign not knowing that you actually sign for registration and application. They never tell you this and this after we told them he is unsure what he wants to do and that we have enrolled him at varius instititutions. After matric he got acceptance at University of Pretoria. Firstly we lost our R1800 for registration and then after a full year in beginning of 2017 we been threatened that owe another R5000. This after our son did not stepped on this campus for one day. The feedback and hw they treat customers are terrible including their management team. Very arrogant and unpleasant experience. Be carefull please.</p>
