We have bought a Samsung TV online...upon installation we saw that the screen has damage on the inside...we immediately logged a return on the 1st of January 2026 and it showed that collection will be the following day...however after calls and emails back and forth we found out that the collection will be on the 6th of January 2026...we then waited patiently for the courier to collect and nothing...we then contacted the courier on the 17th of January only to find out that the collection was canceled and re booked and a driver was sent out to collect on the 17th of January 2026...the courier went to to the wrong address and we were told that it will br collected today the 19th of January 2026...when I phoned the courier later I was informed that the collection was canceled again and this is now being canceled by Makro Alberton as we believe...Makro Alberton is not answering their phones and keep on canceling the collection and I have spoken to a technician from Samsung who informed me that the screen is not covered for warranty and we will have to pay for a technician to come out and give us a quote to repair this is a brand new R9000 tv that was on for less than a minute!!!! I do not know why Makro Alberton is delaying this matter I have phoned and emailed numerous times and we are still waiting for the courier to collect but we are not being informed of changes the service from Makro Alberton is so unacceptable we received a email stating that the collection has been approved but then when we call the courier we are told it has been canceled...I habe been informed today 19/01/2026 by thr courier that Makro has canceled the collection again and a technician will be sent out...Makro keeps on changing the agreement and we keep on phoning and sending emails so we are still waiting for collection which I don't know when it will be and then who will reimburse me for all the time and airtime used and still we have no answer to what is happening...I nee Makro Alberton to collect the tv and refund 9r exchange it as it is still brand new I do not need a technician coming out for this!!!! I will surely never order anything from Makro if it is coming from the Alberton branch...I think the after sales service is not a priority at all for Makro...we have sent screenshots of the tv being in for the 1st time with the date and time and the tv is still on the setup screen...so why is Makro Alberton delaying the collection of the tv
I am highly disappointed in Rochester as I have made a online lay buy...I since have made 2 payments but it still does not reflect I have sent numerous emails to Rochester with absolutely NO reply at all!!! I have sent all on 2024/04/19 and yet there is no reply since...I will never recommend Rochester to anyone as they just don't answer you and your payments are just lost...I will rather go buy somewhere else in future
Planet fitness is such a RIPP OFF!!! I have canceled my membership in the beginning of may as for the reason of being unemployed...I have agrees to pay the cancelation fee of 4 months starting end of May now I am being told that they will take money till end of September from which I have mentioned that I am unemployed... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND PLANET FITNESS TO ANYONE EVER!!!!

So I received a call from Cleopatra from Multichoice today 2022/06/04 stating 'almost demanding' that I still owe R3832.42 and I NEED to pay it!!! Does Multichoice not understand how a credit report works? On all 4 it shows only R392.00 and that is what I paid my credit reports was requested on 2022/05/11 the reports are from Trànsunion, XDS, Experian and VCCB and ALL of them showing the exact same amount...I Demand my paid up letter ASAP Why is Multichoice ignoring the 4 reports that I have sent them together with the proof of payment. I will keep on writing reviews until I have my paid up letter!!!!
On 2022/05/18 at 18h02 I have sent an email to DMC for an illegal listing at the credit bureaus that I want to be removed and up until today (2022/05/31) 8h07 I have had NO response from them whatsoever!!!
As per my credit report I owe DSTV an amount of R392.00 on 2022/05/18 at 17h42 I made a payment of R392.00 now DSTV is claiming that I still owe an amount of R3832.48...I do NOT acknowledge this alleged amount. On all 4 of the credit bureaus it is showing R392.00 I have sent 2 reports showing the R392.00 to DSTV but still they are ignoring it!!! I was told by one of the agents from DSTV I need to pay the alleged amount to be reconnected I DO NOT WANT TO BE RECONNECTED as I do not own a tv for a couple of years now. I WANT my paid up letter from DSTV and they just don't want to provide me with it!!!!
