I just received a message stating that I had given consent for them to request my credit report. This is completely false. At no point did I give Outdebt, or any of their representatives, permission to access my credit information. This is a blatant invasion of my privacy and raises very serious legal and ethical concerns. Accessing or attempting to access someone’s credit information without proper consent is unacceptable.
Thabang Mnguni from the Retention Department assisted me with my policy review. He politely answered my questions. Our call got disconnected several times but he continued to call me back until my matter was resolved. I am a happy client who is currently paying an affordable monthly premium. Thanks Mnguni

You are an embarrassment. You disgusting!!! A reminder could have been appreciated before handing my account over. At least wait for me to receive my salary. At least wait for the 30th of November 2023. Give me 30 days at least. You failed to do me right when I was a loyal paying customer who never missed a single monthly payment and you continue to treat me like ******* while I’m in the process of departure. You guys were debiting extra on my account for months without my consent. I would like to formally request a refund for all the additional costs added to my profile without my consent.
I’m currently having a bad experience with Fidelity ADT Security company. Poor customer service and they do not honour their promises and agreements. Additional features were added without my knowledge. Monthly payment increased as result. The company said they will remove the features and refund me. The company said you will not pay for two months because we acknowledge that we have done you wrong. But guess what 5 months later I am still affected….no resolution have been implemented. My advice is do not join Fidelity ADT look for alternatives 🤞🏾🤞🏾 Fidelity ADT CANCEL MY CONTRACT!!
This rubbish of a company that I have never heard of or spoken to them are deducting R856 straight from Persal. Apparently the R856 is for a life-cover that I know nothing of. For the third month they continue to deduct on my Persal even though they sent me cancellation letters.
Cash Crusaders Lakeside Mall in Benoni is nonsensical and they continue to create a bad image for Cash Crusaders as a brand. At 16:55 they were already closing their doors and ready to fight anyone who questions them. On the internet it says they close at 18:00 and even on their doors at the store it says they close at 18:00 but they closed exactly at 17:00 one hour before their publicly know shared times. Staff members have been accustomed to early departure without any valid reasons for leaving work so early. We need intervention from Regional managers or Provincial managers even National managers must intervene. We can’t be treated so excellently at the Northmead Square Benoni branch then at Lakeside Mall we find incompetent and rude individuals who are earning salaries and wages just doing nothing and knocking off earlier than their published times. I have a video as evidence that I’m willing to share with you upon request. I can go take another video if needs be just to prove my complaint. Please remove that staff before they create a bad name for Cash Crusaders world wide. As I type this review I have a Dixion TV that doesn’t function anymore and I’m still under warranty but I couldn’t get help and I’m not going back there because of my bad experience today🤞🏾
Once again Thabani mnguni provided a great service. Even though I was not 100% satisfied with the outcome, he carried me through our conversation nicely.
My Wife ordered since last year December. Almost two months later She is still waiting. The wait is completely unreasonable. The lady on the phone was very rude to me immediately after I told her that I will be writing reviews if they don't deliver. This is my first of many to come reviews for as long as the sneakers are not delivered.

I commend your great communication s****s you used to create an atmosphere that made me feel like I was the only important customer in a company with thousands of customers. The love and passion you have for explaining details of products on offer is amazing. At the end of the call my issue was not only resolved but I also got to learn a thing or two from you.
