Avoid at all costs
If I could give a minus 5, I would. Untrustworthy staff, serious safety concerns in the workshop, extremely rude and prejudiced personnel, questionable quotations.

Great service at Computer Mania, Bayside
Excellent service from the staff at Computer Mania, Bayside in Cape Town. We had two occasions this month to make a purchase and on both they were professional, patient and well informed. We came away feeling confident in our purchases and delighted by the pleasurable experience.

Committed to great service
My first contact with FirstShop was a telephonic enquiry I made - the person was exceptionally helpful. I followed up with an online purchase and again the process was excellent. The price for the item was considerably lower than all other vendors, and their delivery price less lower. I was too late to receive delivery before lock down, but the staff followed to reassure me of delivery asap when lockdown is lifted. I have seldom experienced such commitment when making an online purchase.

A scam - a black hole
<p>Paid and received NO service, no response! How low to steal from those in time of great need... This is a scam and she is such a smooth talker! Law Society informed! </p>
