Using pharmacy direct as your go to pharmacy supplier, and they don't have stock....

After being contacted by pharmacydirect last week Friday that my elderly mothers chronic medication will be deliverd this past Tuesday, mediction is still not deliverd, having do deal with incompetent telling me delivery will only be next week. If i have to hear one more time it will be deliverd soon... can someone respond with a date and time.
on the last collection of chronic medication , was informed by pharmacist that going forward need to make use of Pharmacy direct, so went through the hole registration shlep with, and it has been 15 days after all has been submitted and still waiting on medication. I honestly feel Bonitas can get a better company to look after their members, it is un necessary to still have to stress about cronic medication being deliver why not allow me to collect it myself .... of you can't have some one do a proper job.
Worst medical aid , having no support to help customers, unable to log in on the website to review your profile.... always some kind of robot self service to help you. Np such thing as customer support.
<p>I don’t understand how it can take 14 days to help me to link my polar device , it says it is linked, but I don’t get my active days points, I have send over 10 e-mails regarding this issue, with only reply it has been escalated and someone will respond between 48 to 72 hours , well it has been 14 days now. And this is not the first issue I have been having since I have joined 1 of April.</p>
