I went on the North South Tour departing Jnb on 24th December. It was such a **********ly organised trip. The agent barely made any contact and took days to provide feedback. My internal flights to Bangalore did not have seating finalised although I paid in in full 2 months before the trip. My son and I were sitting in 2 separate rows from each other he is 10. When I texted this agent she was not phased at all. Then for new years they put us up in the most filthiest hotel in Bangalore. The hotel did not even have supper that night because there were only 2 rooms occupied. I was stuck in a remote place with no plans or nothing organised for us, yet we got to see what other members of the other tours we doing and celebrating the new year. I will never use these clowns again. They ruined my holiday and created nightmares of India.
Please attend to my query 215EC I purchased a washing machine supposed to be delivered 30/11. Went to store agreed date of delivery for this weekend no delivery as yet. Called the store in Woodmead no response.

I have been one of the most loyal supporters of Rain 5g and was excited in April 2020 when I got it. Today I have given up after months of struggling please help to have my subscription cancelled. Here are the stats 04/09 -17:45 in the richest mile in Africa - 5.33 mbps download and 0.54mbps upload. I will be replacing with fibre in this day and age. You cannot even speak to support and they have outsourced it to India, there is also no communication. All round pathetic.
