Second time i need report them for something. reference 1741898 . Last month the subsidy for my mother was paid over to Gems. When we follow up when will she be refund for the money since March 2022. They decide that she do not have to pay last month July and they will refund the outstanding amount in 14 days. Today when we follow up again they said they will only process the money end of the month and then maybe she will get the refund in mid September. They always have the one excuse on the other excuse not to refund or sort out the problems they have inhouse and the client have to wait for the funds. I will appreciate if this can be sorted out with immediate effect they can pay the back her outstanding funds. regards,
My ****her passed away in February. First we struggle to get any response from them and if you phone the calls go to an dead end. At the end my mother when to them with all the forms so that she can apply for the pension every month. We also hand in the the subsidy papers for the medical aid Gems so that she can get subsidy. I follow up with them on a monthly basis with no feedback. On 06 June someone assist me and said they did not load it. first stating they never received it but she confirmed later that she did received it and forget to load it. She then load it apparently and that the subsidy will be fix with the next run to GEMS. Gems do not want to assist as they did not received the transfer letter nor did we. I follow up on 27th June just to find out that the funds was not transferred to GEMS and they waiting for Treasury. This is now since march that they did not load it and my mother have to pay the medical aid in full. At this point in time no one is comming back to me ito of my query or forward me the approval letter. Why not doing your work the first time correct and paid the money you owe my mother back. This is really unacceptable from our goverment to treat our old people or people without technology.
Admin department is non existent. You send something to enquiries and they will give you feedback in 48 hrs. My father passed on my mother have get then her own medical aid also Gems. Easy to load her and deduct her money from her bank account. When she request a payment for services. They dont have her id nor her bank statement or proof. But they have it on a full 19 page document when she apply which the people who pick up the phone confirm. Wow but they dont have it. This carry on now for 3 months. They ignore your emails. Secondly my mother received subsidy but Gems deduct the full amount. Seems like emails and the subsidy funds going in a black hole. Very scary that funds disappear need some investigation. The service is really really bad and they are stealling from an old woman of 80. How many other old people they do the same. I want answers and the queries been sorted out ASAP. I can see lots of people complain about the service
This person is a mechanic he took money from me and did not finish my car. He refuse to give my car back. He have everyday another excuse of why my car is not finish. It is now 6 months later and he cannot commit to his own deadlines. He also do changes on your car without a job card. Be carefull i am not the first person he taking for a ride. I just want my car back in the state it is as he are not allowed to work on it anymore. Never give your car to Kobus Pieters as you never get it back.

He phoned them today today to fond out what is the amount for this month. Once again vodacom did not disconnect the lines and his account is again R3000. Vodacom is not do their job and do not follow there promises and just not make sure that they sort out this account. They are in fault and dont want to accept it. The number in question or account is ********** 539. Now they are going to disconnect the line. According to me vodacom staff or people working on the call centre is useless. We pay there salary and we do not get a service. Can they get someone who knows what he is doing or a manager to contact this person. ********** 539. </p>
<p>I got a cell phone contract with vodacom. Cellphone and data contract. They phoned to do an upgrade in December 2016 on my 3g cards. After i told them i can accept it i want to think about they said i have time till 28 December to cancel of i do not want carry on with the contract and cancel it. On the 28th i phoned and cancel the contract gor the 3g cards. Received a reference no. I really struggle to get through to them that day. Now 4 months later i am still paying for something i never accept. They refuse to canvel the lines and said i have signed another contract with them. Which is a lie. They dont even went back to the revordings. Everytime i phone them they put me on hold or transfer me to someone who cannot help. There is never a supervisor to assist me. They cut my phone account now because i did not pay. My problem is i cancel the contract and they refuse to admit they make a mistake. I want someone capeble to assist me. I fo not use that 3Gs. I moved other to wifi the reason for cancellation. Vodacoms admin department are not capable to do there eork and i refuse to pay for there mistakes. Can someone please assist from Vodacom</p>
