I app**** for Flisp (NHFC) and I was approved for an amount of R85237.91 on 16 September 2024, grant letter attached. I was told to take the letter to my nearest Standard Bank branch and ask them to allocate the funds to my HL account. When I got there, they didn't know what I was talking about and they put me on the phone with HL department, they ask that I sent them the grant letter of which I did and they responded a day later asking me to email them a proof of payment, I called NHFC asking them for a proof of payment, I was told that they cannot give it to me since they paid the money to STD BANK in bulk and the pop has all the names of people who were approved for NHFC and bank with STD BANK, because of (POPI ACT) they can't give it to me. The more I explained to STD BANK, the more they asked me for PoP as they didn't know what I was talking about. On the other hand NHFC insists that STD BANK should know about this as this is how they've been doing things since, and there's no way they'll issue me with a PoP, I should just make sure that I ask for someone who deals with suspense account, because it is obvious that I'm engaging with people who are not fami**** with NHFC payments.
This is a nonsensical courier company, I got the message on Wednesday that my parcel is out for delivery, 3 days later I am still waiting. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
I booked a bus ticket ( Ref number B00HE2KX) online from Pretoria to Durban for the 28th, unfortunately I had to cancel my trip, I called Computicket on the 27th to cancel the ticket, I was told to go to Intercape as they are the ones who can help me. I went to Big Sky (Intercape) they told me to call computicket as they are the ones who can give me a refund. I called computicket again, the guy told me that I need a cancellation number from Intercape, told him I don't have it as I wasn't told about it. Well he called Intercape and a lady by the name of Mariska helped cancel my ticket and gave me this number A000 000 3043 2948, then I was told to go to any Shoprite or Checkers for a refund. I went to Shoprite Essellen Street, Pretoria and I was told that they are offline so they can't help me. On Saturday I went to Checkers Hillcrest and the ladies there could 't help me as they were getting an error message saying "Request Failed P**** Error". We called Computicket and the consultant kept us on hold from 19:20 until 20:00 and the store was closing, we had to drop the call. I'm quite disappointed by the treatment I'm getting from you as your call centre numbers are always busy I don't get through.
<p>I'm an ex staff member, i 'be been trying without luck to close my staff account, while other branches were failing Mamelodi branch came through for me. I would like to thank Hazel for that, she's humble, she goes an extra mile and she's the best. The again my daughter's 32 days account was frozen because of different surnames, the whole of last most branches couldn't help me until this year I moved to Pretoria and Kagiso & Hazel from FNB Mamelodi Branch made it their priority to help me and I can proudly say my daughter's account is now active... I would also like to send my warmest gratitude to their service advice she's very friendly.SHINE FNB MAMELODI </p>
