The onboarding of new clients is poor. I was told when signing up that the company only accepts debit order payments. When receiving my first statement, I sent a mail to confirm debit order payment. There was no reply. I was disconnected today without even a call to advise that the account has not been paid. This is not a good experience for a new client. After sending proof of my mail, I was reconnected.
Dropped off my Air Fryer for a quote on Monday. I was told that I would receive a quote before Thursday. I received no communication to keep me informed. I called on Thursday and was told that they did not touch the machine. There was no apology and I was told that unfortunately they are very busy. There was no attempt to rectify their poor service and I was told that “it is what it is”. I would not use this company again.
Our phone line has not been working for the last 2 days. I logged a case yesterday morning and was told that the SLA would be 48hrs to resolve which I respect. I called today to follow up and discovered that my case had not been allocated to anyone. I spoke to Smanga & Mabaso who told me that there is nothing they could do and I must wait. No reassurance provided and unable to further escalate. I'm not confident that our line will be repaired within 48hrs. Ive read numerous complaints about Supersonic and hope that their service has improved.
<p>We recently rented a vehicle from Hertz at King Shaka Airport. We filled up the tank at BP Ballito and thereafter drove down the road to Hertz to return the car. The car was checked and the attendant confirmed that all was fine. We noticed an additional bill a few days later for fuel charges. We queried this and sent proof from our bank statement that we had filled up the fuel. We have still not heard from them. This is the first and last time we will ever use Hertz.</p>
