This review is about Expert Store and not the product I bought from them. Website: Good, sensible, and user-friendly. The website mentions that Expert Store is part of Tafelberg Furniture Stores, which is absolutely untrue. Tafelberg Furniture Stores does not even know about such an online store and cannot accept their product for collection. Payment: Reliable. It was quickly processed, and I received an acknowledgement email. Delivery: Takes a very long time. 3 weeks. Communication. No delivery details or information are provided. Telephone inquiries extremely unfriendly and unsuccessful. Emails are not handled by them at all. You do not receive an invoice for products delivered by them. (Have already sent 3 emails about this, but received no response from Expert Stores!)
Customer service does not exist. The agent just stopped the text conversation without solving the problem!
Don't order online at Clicks Online. I am waiting now for 8 days without any communication (SMS'e) etc. Email to their customer service is also not helpful. Poor service and no existing customer service online!
Not transparent. Huge deductions without notifications. Extremely poor customer service.
