I would like to lodge an complaint against the UIF call center department for the lack of professionalism and lack of inaccurate information being provided whenever I call in. I have submitted documents on the 03 October2025 at the Mitchell's Plain Labour department and on the 16th October 2025 submitted Online or payment request up until today the money has not reflected in my account and whenever the call center is being called every Agent has an different explanation as to when the money is supposingly to reflect.One agent says I need to count from submission date from the 16 October for the 7-15 working days for the funds to reflect .Then another tells me i Need to count from the 21st October the funds has been released and approved by the Masters - If it is that I have to count from the 16th today is the 9th day excluding weekends to count for the turnaround period the FUNDS IS STILL NOT REFLECTING!!!.... and when i request to speak to a Superior the agents DROPS the call in my EAR!!!. This is ATROCIOUS behavior and no one an escalate this to Higher Management to resolve this for me. I need the CEO of the UIF Labour department to contact me urgently otherwise I am taking this even further.Regards,Angry Citizen-weena.adams@gmail.com
I want to explore on this platform how disappointed I am in cash converters in promenade ...I have sent two emails on Tuesday 29/07/25 ...wanting to enquire of a loan application I've sent with my documents . I believe the assistant in the buy shop said the Admin lady's name is Megan who will respond via email if I've sent my documents through as I work during the week to come into the branch . So thinking ahead and conducting the email.For the admin lady to do confirmation of employment in the meantime no has reverted back to me ...my emails has not been eacknowledged and I must say the lack of professionalism at that Branch with all the staff is mind blowing. Assistants speaking about their personal lives and using vowel languages while busing with clients in store. Is shocking.I come from retail and know what customer service is. I've checked my emails again this morning still no response from Cash converters in promenade!!! Regards, Upset Client
I would like to express my frustrations. I've started with merchants in salt river Queens park on the 28th of August 2023 and resigned on the 18th of June 2024. I just could not work in an environment where you are not being taken into consideration when you had a personal issue the hole department knew about your personal issues and was never kept confidential between management and the employee. This was the first company I've worked for where I've seen no professionalism from management .Where have you heard that you as a team leader speaks to their agent and ever second word that comes out from their mouths is a swear word and agents should ust laugh it of . From my personal experience there is a lack of respect in that place if you had serious personal issues higher management never came to you and asked out of decency if you are okay or if there's anything they could do to accommodate you if they did do something to accommodate you they held you accountable for everything. And specially team leaders throw things back in your face . Then to top it all . It was payday today and I wasnt paid for my working days. They ****** me from my remainder of my salary . I've emailed HR twice today and no response . Sent my ex team leader WhatsApp messages I'm being ignored . I will not name and shame management now at this point . I requested for my payslip to see what is happening and still has not received my payslip. Apparently I haven't worked for this month but the loan I took out at work was deducted in full from my salary so how can I have not worked . I'm being ****** from my remainder of my salary which I've worked for and for the 6 days I stayed out which is the 10th ,13th ,14th ,15th 16th ,17th and on the 18th I resigned which I know will go as unpaid but that days even does not cover my full salary and the over time i worked which is the public holidays and three Sundays I've worked . All I want is the remainder of my salary that's all I'm asking. If this can not be resolved in this week. I will take matters even further . My employee code was :500891
I Would like to express my Frustrations on how Tygerburg has dealt with my cousin who was admitted at the Hospital for an Opt on the 16th July 2020 not sure of the time frame . She was there for two days at the facility and the way she was handled was pathetic . She was in the Theater Room on Saturday 18th July 2020 . And was discharged on Monday the 20th July 2020 . After being discharged she was awaiting on tablets taht had to be provided to her and she was not attended to and bear in mind this is after shes been discharged after having an Opt done the Saturday shes still in agony . The doctor that operated on her was in another opt session and yet my cousin in pain still sitting in anticipation awaiting for her tablets to be given to her in order for her and my Aunt to proceed home for her to get Rest . It has been hours that has gone by and yet no sign of any nurse or doctor or any other staff to attend to her .My Aunt sitting with my cousin seeking for help and just being ignored . Yes this is an Government Hospital where everything is for free for the community but is this acceptable for the Hospital to treat people in this manner . I want this to be attended to with Immediate Effect . You can call you me to request for my Aunts Contact Number as I do not know it by Heart . Please bear in mind if this is not going be addressed within 24 Hours I will get my Attorneys on this !!!!! . Regards , Miss E Adams
I am disgusted with the level of service provide by NEDBANK . They steal your money for no good reason i am fed up im writing to the newspapers and i have already made this viral on every social media page . I am not getting any damn help from Nedbank and no one calls me back to reverse my money back into my account . I have told people not to bank with NEDBANK because they steal their clients money from their accounts . You will close down once im done with NEDBANK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Miss E Adams ********** 179
