When you thought you have seen it all them boom Medshield.This year upgraded to Mediphila however m still having problems i have joined medshield from 2021 but its keeps on disappointing me.Mediclinic Victoria is the only hospital i have used so far and its on their plan but little did i know the Hospital claimed R33k then medshield paid R7.4k according to their rates.Im lost cause Victoria Mediclinic is on your list.My EDD was 11/04/2026 but gave birth on the 25/03/2026,i had a mymoctomey in 2023 that alone should tell you that there was a valid reason to give birth early.

Babies R Us in Ballito Junction....I created a gift registry for my baby shower until today items are not updated.My guests keep on calling because the list is not updated and when i called the store they said its updated and when i check online its not updated but they are claiming that its updated.
This is the second time m having trouble with courier used by Nedbank.On my banking app i selected"Nedbank Locker" because m always busy cant be at home the whole day.My concern is why did this courier accept "Nedbank Locker" when they know exactly that they dnt do it because i asked the guy who was calling me wanting to set appointment for delivery on top of that they told me i need to confirm address what was once used in there system inorder for them to proceed...This is a pathetic courier used by Nedbank m extremely upset.
Good Morning I'm writing to bring to your attention my compalint regarding the service i have from Silindile in Mandeni Branch.I was withdrawing from the Mandeni Branch an amount of R4 300.00 then R300 got stuck i called the security for assistance he also saw that the money was stuck then i asked the security to call someone from the branch for the assistance.The lady said she will write what i need to do with the slow motion while m panicking because my money got stuck.Is this the customer service you teach your employees at Nedbank?Have you seen other banks reaction when there is an issue with the ATM?So if i was getting ****med since we are entering a festive season was this also going to be your response?Is my money safe with Nedbank?What kind of service delivery are you teaching your employees when there is an emergency.I am so angry the bank i have trusted for a very long time when m having an issue and this is the poor service i receive not to mention that m a private client. Poor service.... The company i was buying from used The Courier Guy for shipment.I paid for overnight for a reason.They called me at 6am then i got back to them at 07:22,no one picked up,then called them again around 08:30 then they told me that the parcel came to their Ladysmith branch by mistake i will only get it on Friday.I told them that those are samples and the tender that m bidding for is closing at 10am tomorrow so i wont make it that is the reason why i paid for overnight.Another person called me n told me that they will take to stanger will only recieve on Friday.Im telling them that its would be pointless if i receive it tomorrow coz those are samples which must be submitted beforw the closing time of the tender.I still cant believe how can you make a mistake Ladysmith to Mandeni is like 4hours away why not Durban which is 1hour away.
Im very disappointed with Icebolethu FS.We were preparing for our grandmother's funeral this past weekend and the tent was supposed to arrive at 12:30 on friday but instead its arrived 16:30pm,secondly s****s n plates were supposed to be 100 but were received 66 s****s n 98plates.Mind you the plates were not in a pleasing condition.Last but not least no graveyard gazebo and i would like to agree with the most people that Icebolethu only serves the best quality and good service to rich,famous and relevant people and to us as middle class we are undermined big time.Branch @ Eshowe.
Good Morning,You know i used to think people were just making stories about Old Mutual.My mother went to the branch on Tuesday for funeral claim then yesterday they said she must go to her nearest branch to fill in personal information form.Its thursday but she still hasnt received the funds.
When you thought you have seen it all but Medshield keeps on disappointing each n every day especially when its comes to hospital authorisation.I had abcess last month 3rd August went to see my gp its got worse then went back again on the 5th August then disappeared.Then on the 1st September its came back again on the on my left armpit,i was rushed to hospital on Friday around 22pm then tried antiboitics but nothing happened dc decided for theatre to my surprise today m supposed to do the procedure then its declined for insufficient clinical information what more do they want worse part m 8weeks pregnant.
Poor service,I still havent received any communication from them i have placed online order last week friday until today nothing.
