Ukko Bad Attitude
They mess bookings up and don't care about trying to keep customers they've inconvenienced. They're happy to see you walk away. Strange approach to hospitality. Hostesses have a bad attitude as well.

Uber Eats driver did not deliver my food, indicated that it was delivered on the app and disappeared. He refused to answer my calls. What happened to my order? Uber refuses to resolve the situation.

Car Hire Overcharge
Purchased a car rental through Travelstart website from Dollar Thrifty. Was required to pay a deposit on the rental. Travelstart issued a voucher for rental displaying the deposit and amount to be paid when collecting the vehicle. When collecting the vehicle, the deposit was not deducted from the rental and Dollar Thrifty charged me the full price of rental and claim they cannot see the deposit, or display it on an invoice, thus I have been charged extra.
