STAY AWAY
Not even worth 1 star - please stay away, they carry no pride in their work. Everything they worked on still leaks and even though they supposedly carry 5 year warranty, they do not honor it! Owner rude and threatening when you phone him for come back! PLEASE DO NOT WAISTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Poor Workmanship
People, please be aware NOT to deal with Top Seal and/or Bertie Du Plessis! We have paid them a substantial amount to do maintenance to our roof, with a 5 year guarantee. But since they have worked on our roof, we still have leaks and every time Bertie has got loads of excuses and threatening voice notes as to why he and his company is not going to fix it. We eventually got our insurance company to send an assessor and received a shocking report and photographs of bad workmanship. Looks like they only sprayed the roof off and repainted it, but invoiced us for roof upgrading!
