Order 2 caliper pins for my car on 26 August, an it has been over 2 weeks and have not received the parts. Tried phoning them but their phones are always busy. And I now just saw a **** alert on Facebook about them. and Devi from eNews has just ran a episode on them at beginning of September. I would love a refund.
I have a Oukitel WP5 Pro phone and the phone stopped charging all of a sudden. So, I sent it in to Tsukuru t/a Oukitel South Africa for repair. Sent it in to them to assess and quote. They phoned me a few days after they received my phone and asked if I wanted to replace my screen as well as there was a chip in the screen. I said no, as it did not interfere with the functions on the phone plus I didn't have the extra cash. They continued with the repair of the Type-C port which was the problem with the phone not charging. They repaired it and I received it back a few days later. Upon receiving my phone back, I noticed the the chip on the left top corner of the screen was gone and upon operating the phone I saw fade spots around the edges of the screen, I also noted a yellow inner halo around the screen and a crack in the top right corner of the screen which limits the swipe functions for the top of the screen. I then sent an email to Tsukuru t/a Oukitel South Africa to tell them about the problems I have picked up. But they say that my phone arrived that way. They sent through a photo of my phone when they received it. And from that photo you can see clearly the chipped top left corner of the screen. So, I sent a further email with photos showing that the screen was replaced and it was faulty and asking for a new screen or replacement phone, else I would need to take it further. To date I have not heard back from them.
Beginning of this year my Guest watch stopped working. I took it to Diamond & Pearls Jewellery store in the mall @ Carnival. I requested a new battery and was told that it would be R50 for a new battey. I was told that it will be ready in a couple of hours. I returned back after a couple of hours and asked if by watch is ready. They said that it was not the battery and that they would need to send it in for repairs. I agreed to send it for repairs. They said in would take about 6-8 weeks for the watch to be repaired and that they will send me a quote before any repairs are done. I never received any quote. I had to keep phoning to find out about my watch. Evenually, I was told that it would cost R453 to fix. I gave the go ahead and now I am still waiting for my watch. It has been 9 months now and still no word on my watch. Where is my watch??? If they have lost my watch, just say and either replace it. It is getting to the point that I am thinking of going to the police and putting in a charge of theft.

Applied for a loan from Convenient Cash Loan , got approval. I then transferred the money requested by Mr Jurgens Smit from Convenient Cash Loan to the given bank account for loan insurance. I was told that the insurance fee was split, a upfront fee is paid then the rest is paid in installments of the loan term. After a day or so I received a email saying that the insurance company (GIB insurance) has stopped the split payment option and that I need to pay the balance of the loan insurance fee. I then told him that I don't have the money to pay the balance and if I can have a refund. He then said that GIB insurance will refund me the money at the end of July. Later I received another email saying that I need to pay for the refund to be paid out. I refuse to pay for a refund. I am waiting for my refund. I think these people are crooks as I have now found out that the company registration number they use is not theirs, as I contacted the director listed on the CIPC.co.za website and he told me that he has not heard of a Mr Jurgen Smit. He has now reported the incident to the police. I now am waiting to see if I will ever get my money back.

Got an email from Atlas Finance ********** advertising loans from R10000 to R ********** at a interest of 4.5%. I applied and was approved. I was told to that I need to pay a loan fee of R2899. I said I didn't have R2899. They then said that they can do R750 minimum and that I can pay the rest back once I received the loan amount in my bank account. I paid the R750 and nothing happened no money arrived in my account. i followed up and got a whatsapp form a man Oubaas who was going my loan. He said that he need a more which I paid and then still no money. I was then contacted again for more which I paid. Again no money in my bank account. I then refused to pay anymore money and asked for my money back. Now, they say that I must pay R100 to get a refund. Who charges for a refund?? I refused and now I am thinking that these guys are scammers. Now, to this day I am waiting for a refund which I think I will not see ever.
