Cannot get through to anyone who can assist me with just a simple cancellation and deactivation linked to my gym membership. I have sent multiple emails and when I call I get transferred back and forth and end up at the same person I initially spoke to. Terrible terrible service. Their rewards are a waste of time in any case

Received amazing service from Andisiwe Malangeni. Super helpful and polite and reverted back with a solution to my query since she could not assist me upfront upon the first call. I've been a customer since December 2021 and cannot point a single fault at Santam Car Insurance
Once again Vodacom has done me wrong after being a loyal consumer with them since 2003! I received a call on Saturday 27th May from Sofia offering me more data on my package for the same price. I asked her to please call back on Monday morning as I was busy at the time. She did not call back and next thing I know on Monday morning I receive an SMS saying that my quotation was approved and gave me an order number! Now this adds extra admin to my day by having to call in and get someone to reverse the order (I was assisted today by the call center agent.) The sales woman Sofia *****ulently activated the package she was offering me without my consent. This is the 2nd time in under a year that I am experiencing *****ulent things on my Vodacom account by the hands of sales people just to show they made a sale. Do not answer their calls, they will just rope you in and create admin for you to sort out
We visited the Southgate Branch in JHB South. We were attended to by Noni and she was fantastic! Gave us a brilliant deal and sold us more than what we walked in for. She is one of the best sales people I have ever encountered. I highly recommend her and this branch based on the service we received. Oh and we got our mattress and other goods in less than 24 hours
I was blatantly lied to just to make a sale and now I cant get through to after sale services. On the 11th of November a sales consultant called me to offer me an upgrade to which I declined. He then offered me an increase of data on my current package. I specifically asked him if this was an upgrade as I would like the freedom to upgrade when I am ready to. He insisted to me that it was not an upgrade and I can still upgrade at any point. I saw a good black Friday deal that I wanted to upgrade with only to find that I am no longer eligible for an upgrade until 2024 because my contract was already upgraded?! I am now on hold with after sales service for the past hour with no one answering to fix this. Their sales constant blatantly lied to me to make a sale and thats not how you treat a customer who has been with you for 20 years straight.
Excellent Service Received from Rutendo and Busisiwe with my pet medical aid query via the chat option on the App. One plan never disappoints. Great customer service and value for money

They finished before time and on collection the car was clean, tidy and most imortantly they did a stunning job. Great workmanship and very friendly staff. Minimum effort rerquired from a customer's side. I would recommend this branch to anyone</p>
