I was told by a friend if I want a camera I should buy it at ORMS, she couldn't stop ranting about how amazing they are, and that their after sales service is top notch. I thought she was exaggerating, but let me tell you she was not! Stephan helped me pick out a camera- he was so patient and so well equipped with knowledge. He helped me with a smile- even though I was so indecisive. He never once made me feel like he was getting irritated, but instead he had polite conversations with us. He even managed to get me a slight discount because I had bought so many things! He offered us coffee while we were looking for the perfect camera. Hands down, the best purchasing process I have been through. Orms you guys rock!
Audiolens ran a competition whereby the person with the most likes on a certain picture wins. The winner would receive a Nikon bundle. However, the person with the most likes did NOT win!!! A girl from KZN had over 3k Likes on her picture, then Audiolens made up some random t's and c's that only people from Western Cape could enter. This was NOT specified before the winner was announced- which is absolutely disgusting! I would hang my head in shame. It doesn't end there, another girl that lives IN CAPE TOWN, that had over 1300 likes never won??? but the lady with 161 likes did? This is false advertising and it shows that you as a brand is extremely dishonest and untrustworthy. I entered and I got over 240 likes- non of which were bought and l live in Cape Town!!! I very clearly remembered you stating that you decided to host a "like" competition so that the audience can select their own winner- you have failed, not only with this competition but as a brand! So this competition seems like it was rigged! I will NEVER EVER support Audiolens. I am glad you ran this competition, because now people can see your true colors and its going viral fast. I will gladly take my thousands and spend it else where- and get more for my money, because you guys are ridiculously expensive anyways!
<p>Pathetic service at Stuttafords in Canal Walk. No wonder you have to put everything on sale. They made me wait at the counter, because I wanted to find out the price of a bracelet. The security called they guy over the walkie talkie a few times and after that I just got irritated and left. How do you make someone wait that long man!!! I put down everything in my hand, because I refuse to put up with and support pure ****pie service. You should look into your staff and train them to do better. This store was so empty and they couldn't keep up with the little stock and customers they had. So bad!</p>
<p>On the 21st April I went PG Glass in Plumstead for an inspection certificate. Today is the 5th of May and I haven't received anything, neither has my insurance. The lady took down my email and said she sent it to me. I waited for the email to come through- but it never did. So I called in to find out what was going on; she said there must have been a glitch in the system therefore it didn't send to my email, but I must not worry because it send straight through to the insurance. However, my insurance has received NOTHING till this day. I can't even get through to the Plumstead branch- been bounced around the call Centre for quite sometime until I just had enough. Such a big brand, such ****pie service. This is not on!</p>
