Move from Pretoria to Boknes.
Very effective and on-time. A bit rough, but one of the organizations that wrap up and cover the most important equipment with bubble wrap and plastic. The administration is totally committed and deal all frustrations with the client. I recommend them to anyone.

No internet connection
Nombulelo gave me a fantastic service. Since we clocked in with rain after we could not get a wi-fi installer, we have to admit; this simcard method and no wi-fi with a router, is the best option ever. Thank you Rain, sorry, I cannot remember the lady who help us name, anyway, she is/was great.

Theft
This is the most and lowest of criminality you can get in a municipality ever. That these people are seaking judgement is sure. They offer you your money back to actually inform you that they are going to steal it anyway. They are deducting a double payment on a land without remorse, instead of asking me for it and I will give it to them for free. Thiefs, fraudsters, what else?

I looked and got to 1561 complaints and this no. 1562. Serious people, what is it you are trying to do, yesterday only we had no internet for most probably 2 hrs of the day. I have resigned and do not take money for service, please, cancel it and until that is proven to us, I will not hand over your device. Do not threaten us otherwise.

TV license debt collecting
Who is this actually? Now looking at the web-site, we find certain characteristics of the place, like debt collecting. To also discover that it is another appointee made by SABC, The fourth one I think. Now, if a company or whoever, hand you over for debt collecting, I think it would be appropriate to be sure that the guilty party, is guilty, otherwise, everybody hands over everybody and assured of collecting money from the naïve, yes a lot will pay to get rid of the cause. Not even guilty at all. When you hand someone over, you need to supply of the guilt, like SABC who is actually more guilty than anyone else watching TV., or worse, someone that does not have a TV. They are out of line and do not have the slightest idea about debt collecting principles. You only collect from someone, when proven that there is an amount outstanding, not because SABC decided that. Now, who is collecting money from the TV thief's, looters? nobody, they will get killed, but the honest one, who cancelled it, because of the mismanagement of the SABC, DSTV and others, must suffer this under this rubbish idea. I invited them and SABC, to visit my house and if they find a TV, I will pay them. NOW - FORGET IT- you are wasting energy sending us the same messages every week, hoping that we will give in.
