My connection wasnt good for a few days, I logged a call on My Rain app 10 minutes later I received a support call and the next day a Tech came and sorted out my router. Excellent service very happy
Hi I have been with Vodacom for 18 years and recently upgraded on one of my contracts on Thursday 23 Nov 2023 I eventually received a call on Monday for confirmation on my order which the agent from Vodacom said it was a 64GB and not a 128GB so I said that is not what I ordered, she then said I will have to escalate this, when I phoned Vodacom again the other agent said it was 128GB and that my order was correct since then I have not heard from Vodacom not even a message to say that I have upgraded, NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE
I ordered Rain One online on the 26 September where it was R1 for the first month then R559.00 a month, I only received my router on the 12 of October after many calls and emails as it took long to be delivered we are on the 1st of November and I have been debited R750.00 can YOU EXPLAIN WHY!!!! because it should be free until the 12th of November then only start charging me R559.00 I want this sorted ASAP or Ill take this further, this is not the kind of service I want. Thanks
Get a call from one of your Sales and talks a lot of bull**** about adding a smart phone to my existing contract for R15 extra every month when none of this is true. Really bad service
I ordered a Bolt on Saturday 25.03.2023 and it said driver arrives in 14 minutes, after 5 minutes I was deducted R50.00 without the driver even arriving to pick me up..I would like a refund as I never used that drive and information received was not correct. Bad service

Hi I have been waiting for an agent to call me regarding my upgrade, I have called a few times and they keep on saying someone will call me... but no luck
Very poor service, trying to get a tablet online for the last 2 weeks, after I eventually got through, I was told that I dont qualify for that specific tablet but I do for a Lenovo, I said that doesnt make sense... very bad service.. I then called again when I got through i was asked all questions and then put on hold until call gor cut as it went to survey. Very dissapointed..
