Mike's kitchen Port Elizabeth, flew in from Johannesburg first night we decided on Mike's kitchen, doors open, seated and after looking at the menu and trying to place orders we were told we can have this that and the next cause there were no buns, no bread, no pizza bases, no avo, surprised they had wraps and mushrooms. Here I was so disappointed after giving high praise of Mike's kitchen to my partner. It would have been appreciated at the door what Mike's kitchen can and can not serve.
Easy simple fast, bought a Windows activation key, loaded it onto windows and now my windows is activated, they were very eager to assist me if I had any troubles. Well done
I'm aware of an account payment that was missed the 25th June, for which I take full responsibility, my complaint is regarding the following, on the 15th of July another debit order attempt was made to my account, on this debit order attempt, not only did Telkom deduct the June amount but also deducted the month of July, which I do not agree with, as the July amount was only due for the 25th of the month as per signed agreement. There were no communications sent to me concerning the second debit attempt, therefore I could not have possibly known to make preparation for this deduction, on top of this my account was levied with an additional R200 for the month of August, I received a SMS stating my next invoice will be an amount of R1460,70, with no explanation why I am paying R200 more.
I'd like to give a 4 star as people only really read 2, 3 and 4 stars. Had my doubts, scared the company did not exist. Placed a order 2 days ago, paid yesterday morning and received the first package this afternoon, will update once I've received the second package. Well done, satisfied with the emailed responses and quick delivery.
Where do i start..... Ahhh, Jaco from PC Link Computers, placed an order on pc link computers. They do not have certain stock as per mail communication, PC Link Computers then do not display items on your web page. Oohh and talking about displaying items, did you know you can not order an item based on the appearance of the item on their website but rather from the description !!! Here a quote from the email and somewhere on their T's & C's "Product Information, pictures and specifications advertised are obtained from the manufacturers and/or distributors of the respective brands and may vary from the actual product. We, therefore, can not be held responsible for any damage or loss as a result of incorrect product information provided. The images used to represent various products are specifically selected to provide a visual representation of the actual item. These images are for illustrative purposes only and cannot be used as an actual indication of item, feature, size, colour or any other specification." So please people do not order from PC Link Computes based on item appearance. Ohh and PC Link Computers please remove all images from your products its false adverti*****t and a waste of time if you do not intend to give the client what you display", oohh yes that's rite, how will PC Link Computers make sales by only describing items ??? Then its goes south, I placed 2 orders on PC Link Computers, one from https://pclinkshop.co.za and one from https://pclinkshop.com . I asked Jaco on the 26th of November to please let me know about my 2nd order i placed on the 10th of November, no replay, alright fine I'll go log on to the website and try and track it. ORDER HAS BEEN F#%!@& CANCELLED THE 26th OF F#%!@& November, Thank you Jaco for cancelling my order how did you know that is what I actually wanted !!! Why did I bother placing an order !!! Pathetic !
<p>Wow thats great so yes Telkom responds, but feed back ? Say yes or no ? Did or did you not receive my private messages ? I think telkoms customer care is horrible aswell. All they can do is "we have received your complaint and working in it". But they never realy do care about you nor give you feed back and of course if they do they call you they call you once, the next month they cancel your case number because they could not get hold of you. Great stuff !!!</p>
