I have used them 4 times now for different trips we went on, to Ethiopia, China, and North Korea even and every time they delivered. What I like most is that he is always available on his WhatsApp day or night to help or sort out any problems that may happen along the way. Thank you Thank you
A series of things happened with them. 1. I booked a tripod that was op special and showing in stock, the browser did not let me book it and I phoned and emailed them to confirm that I want to buy the tripod. The next day I phoned to find out where the invoice is just to be told they sold the tripod and don't have any stock left. 2. I then still ordered and paid for the sound equipment. After 10 days it still has not been shipped out to me (they say they again have no stock) and I urgently need it for business reasons. I am flying out of the country soon for Filming work and they still can't tell me when the equipment will arrive. Do not use them. They had a great reputation in the past but time after time I find that the other cheaper places have better after service (the reason I always bought with ORMS was because of service - definitely not the price) Thank you
No one is answering, been trying to get my Domain working since May 2019 (been paying for it every month) No one wants to assist you. Everyone promises that they will call you back (no one ever does) Already cancelled my Data lines with them (had other issues) will transfer all my domains and clients domains if this is not sorted out very soon.
I have sent in my phone for repairs. Since it is a 200km drive for me to the closest Vodacom shop and back to the farm I expect honesty from the Vodacom. I have been to town and back 3 times (which they told me that my device is finished). Not only did they lie to me about my phone being sent already, but they also called me 10 minutes later and I found out that they haven't even started the repairs yet. Saying that I have not accepted the quote (which again I have accepted three times and my wife one time). They do not care for their clients and they do not care even if you have a total of 8 contracts with them and three of them being RED V.I.P. I called customer care, they cant help or advice me. I called the repair centre, the manager just tells me no promises were made (although they told me my phone will be at the shop on three different locations) and just told me it will be there on Tuesday.
<p>Affinity Health are a bunch of incompetent fools! I have been struggling since last year November to add my wife to the policy, which I am already paying for a couple of months. I phone them every two weeks! DO NOT JOIN Affinity Health, THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!</p>

<p>From November I am trying to add my wife to my medical Aid. I have to drive 100km to town and 100km back to the farm every time I need to do a form ect. I sended all the documentation just to hear that there is only one more thing to do. After that one more thing and another 200km there is only one more thing and so on and so on. I Requested Supervisors to call me and never recieve any calls back. I am already getting quotes to move to another medical aid !</p>
