Huge disappointment. Specials not on system and overcharged on 6 items on one till slip. Value overcharged R58. If I hadn't checked would have been cheated. What happens to those who do not check? Are they all cheated. Staff admitted freely that system not updated and specials overcharged for. I spend minimum R1000. 00 per week here. Never again

Commend spar Goldman Crossing for management of covid 19. All aspects caringly implemented, trolley and hand hygiene for clients, distancing and entrance carefully managed, staff protection noticeably better than other franchises.
Absolutely amazed at lack of adherence to covid19 requirements in store. Masks only on 2members of staff and gloves on almost no one. Cheek to hand out grubby 2nd hand plastic bags handled without gloves. A totally unacceptable shopping experience. Will never return to this store.
I deplore the ineptitude and incompetence of the meter readers and accounts dept who have been reading and charging for a meter which does not exist and cannot be found and there has not been any water supplied for 25 years to this facility Billing now amounts to over R20000 00. 00. They have been informed more than twenty times. World class African city is a farce
How can price of biltong move from under R200. 00 per kilogram before covid to R259. 00 per kilogram during lock down.
A small local service centre. Nothing is too much trouble for Colin and staff. Vehicle picked up and returned at no charge. Never any rip-off charges in 25 years. All work discussed in detail beforehand. No praise too high
