I paid R99 for a VIN check. They emailed me a ******* single page template with no useful information I requested. This website is a ****. The so called positive reviews on the website is **** and artificial. No contact number to phone the company. Avoid them.
This is my second order with this company. Order was packed and shipped out. No stories or drama about anything. Very transparent website with email and phone number on the top of the page. Its just a shame that not many people know about this company and they services they provide.
Can someone from Cell C billing/collection department who knows whats going on to kindly phone me. After i changed banks and moved to a new bank. The new bank details for the debit order was provided to Cell C. Cell C consultant acknowleged the new detail and told me that it is captured and on the system. A month later, the debit order doesn't go off the account, Within the month, Cell C sends me a email claiming the outstanding account is due, i decided to pay via EFT to the banking details on the statement. On the second month now, The debit order doesn't go off again. Now i get a statement for double the acount owing plus a R70 debit order rejection fee added to the bill. Someone from billing department needs to explain what is going on, I am not going to pay R70 for Cell C mistakes when on one bothered to inform me that these issues were occuring. If you knew that the debit order bounced or didn't go off, you shall of phoned me and informed me about it. Now i want the debit order to be removed from the system because debit order is becoming unreliable and problematic. i'll be personally be paying the account via EFT. The fact that No one is see the EFT payments in the nedbank account is becoming a issue when billing is genarated I have proof of payments for the two months that was paid via EFT. Theses Documents can be requested if required.
Can someone from contracts department who understands they products to personally call me. The call centre doesn't understand they products. How hard is it to remove a sim card from a smart Datashare plan.
FICA Compliance. What is this non sense? I'm asking someone to phone me to explain in detail what is this matter and no one can be bothered. Don't email me and threat to freeze my account. How long must I wait for someone to refund me. Honestly throw your phones and computers in the dump. You'll clearly don't need it. Customer is crying and begging for help and you'll smile and laugh at the situation. I'll keep posting and posting till someone helps. I got whole day.

How long does it take for a new card to be issued. Customer must sit with a non working card because of your policy that it must have a name on the card. One week has passed and customer is still in the dark. Whats even more shocking is that the branch is okay with it. They tried to reincode the chip to no avail. They gave it back and told to wait for a new card. This is my point. What do we do in the mean time with no card?
