I am so ****ed at Vodacom. I’ve been with them for almost 8 years and this is how they treat me. I opened a contract last year In December and a debit order went off that I didn’t recognise so I reversed it. Only to find out that it’s them and I went in store to make the payment 4 days later. Now 2months ago they bombarded me with sms’s claiming my account is in arrears. I called in to understand what they meant. They referred to the December issue & I explained that it was resolved on the 4th of January. Now they’ve cut off my data line & absolutely no one can help. Unbelievable and useless. I am definitely not continuing with this relationship. I’ll definitely be looking to take my money somewhere else.
I am so disappointed in vodacom. I’ve been a client for so long (years & years). Recently they advertised an uncapped contract for R499. I applied & was approved. Got my router and started using it with no problems. Last week it stopped working. And nobody seems to be able to help me. Now I’m paying for something I’m not even able to use. I am so annoyed to say the least. I am highly considering leaving them. More so before I get another contract for a new cellphone.
Worst restaurant in Hartebee****rt. The waiter wasn’t even pleased to do his job. We waited over an hour for drinks & another hour for disappointing food. I definitely won’t set foot there again.
Can someone please call me so I can cancel this lousy insurance that keeps making false promises. I am tired of begging you guys for my money. I keep getting referred to different people that keep losing interest in my case and then I have to start from scratch. I want my money which was supposed to be paid more than a year ago! It’s really terrible service that I’ve received.
The worst website to book on. We are at our accommodation and the payment we made to safari hasn’t reflected. Now the owner of the accommodation wants to kick us out because she hasn’t received anything yet. All their lines of communication are unreachable. Utterly inconveniencing! Never again
This new slider is terrible! It tastes so bad I took one bite & threw it away. Also the service at your Pretoria north franchise was weak. I never got any salt with my fries, the sliders had no sauce in them, just lettuce. I’m deeply disappointed.
I’m at a point where I’m considering canceling my insurance with Budget. I’ve been battling to get back my money after being involved in an accident a year ago. Terrible service & no response to emails. I asked for a call back, which I did yet but no assistance.
Wow amazing service every single time! I always find the staff smiling & always willing to help. I have never experienced bad service! Amazing team & management. I prefer this filling station over any other even though it’s far from home! Well done keep it up
Worst service ever! Only 1 person at the tellers, staff don’t know how to speak to customers. Very rude. Never going back there again!!!
Slowest service of all the KFC’s. I always have to wait for more than 30mins in the drive through. And no apology is offered. Now I have to drive an extra distance to another kfc for better service
