Vidacom online upgrade
I have upgraded at vodacom online upgrade,NEVER AGAIN, STAY AWAY from them I received my roter without charger after numerous calls mails and being informed they wil rectify and send charger which never happend, however they are charging the new rate and extended my contact, worst service ever i have three contracts with them for many years,first time i used online upgrade never again My advice stay away from them

Do not trust service
Poor service, stay away, if santam coninue using them they will loose clients,after receiving their infirmation to attend to a fridge in this heat, they nevr turned up had to employ own repair peole they confirmed to refund me that never happeneddo hot trust service
