It's not the first time a reviewed this agency. After the first review we received payments on time for a while, and after that it was a struggle to even get a reply on my emails. So, I'm hoping after this review, I will at least get a few months payments on time, before the struggle starts again. Santi and Christiaan were quick to reply to the previous review and made promises about payments that will be on time My business, Palmhof Chalets in ***amas, have a 30-day contract with TWF Pretoria. They owe me R273K just for October 2025. The total outstanding balance is much more than that. I have sent so many emails requesting payments to be done every month end but never got any response. For me as a small business owner, that's a lot of expenses to carry, even for 30 days, but that's okay. I'm just asking, please honour our 30-day contract and pay me every month end.
My busines have a 30 day contract with TWF Pretoria When the agents phone us, they expect us to give a quick answer about availability. We do get a lot of business from Eskom through TWF, so I believe our service is up to standard, otherwise they would not book through us Way back TWF always paid us every month end, but the last few months it's been a struggle and a fight via emails to get paid for our services TWF owes us a lot of money. I just want to warn other business against them We cannot even charge interest on late payments On average we wait 90 days for our money, if we are lucky I really hope this complaint reach TWF
First, they take almost 2 weeks to answer emails Don't even bother to phone Lebogang on 0861 107 108, because she is never available to take any calls. Someone else answers the phone, taking a message and saying Lebogang will come back to you. My complaint started on 1 October 2023. Eventually my damaged couches were picked up on 31 October. I was told my new couches will be dispatched when my damaged ones reach the warehouse. I've send a few emails asking whether my couches were dispatched, but Cielo does not even bother to answer my emails. I will never to business with them again
This is the 3rd time I'm complaining about Vodacom. Someone from Vodacom phoned me after the 2nd complaint and told me my issue is resolved. Vodacom owes me three months of fibre that they kept on billing me after my contract was cancelled. The contract was on a month to month basis. The 24 months was over. I phoned today and ask why the credit don't show on my statement and the lady told me only one month's credit was approved. No one even bothered to phoned me and explain. I will never do another wifi contract with Vodacom again. As soon as my other contracts expire, I'm going to cancel them all.
All the paperwork was done for my fibre contract to be cancelled on the 31st December 2018. Vodacom billed me for 3 more months. I called them a few times every month and ask why did they billed for for 3 extra months. No answer. They keep telling me Dominique is investigating. No one is calling me back to tell me what's going on. My account with vodacom is over R8000 every month. Im going to cancel all my contracts as soon as the contract period is over. I've never received such bad customer service. I wonder if Vodacom would be happy if i owed them over R2000 and did not pay I've written a review a few days ago and no one has even bothered to call me back
My Fibre contract was signed for cancellation on the 31 Dec 2018. Vodacom Billed me for Jan, Feb and March 2019. I phoned every month, complained and asked for someone to call me back to tell me why Vodacom keep billing me. I got no response. The person on the other side keep telling me they will send Dominique an email and ask him to phone me back or to resolve the matter. I keep calling every month Vodacom owes me more than R2000. No one calls me back and the credit still doesn't show on my account. My account with Vodacom is about R8000 every month I'm going to cancel all my contracts as soon as the period expires.
