This company is not legit, they will charge your card and then not send anything. Furthermore, they'll continue the front and email you apologising that your item has not yet been sent and even go as far to say they're sending a replacement. All AI generated communication, a true ****. Do not use!
Worst customer service ever. On hold forever, even the smallest task was like pulling teeth. Avoid like the plague. All call centres that are outsourced end up having the worst customer service experience.

Not a great customer experience initially - but it can't be easy. I wasn't a happy camper and whilst I tried to stay patient, I imagine I wasn't the easiest to deal with. Nonetheless, a thank you to Diann and Angelique who assisted and resolved the issue.
