I have been struggling since May 2020. Vodacom is charging me for 2 voice contracts. on 25th April 2021 someone from Vodacom phoned me, we changed my voice package and he said he will sort out the issue. This was never done and I am still paying for 2 voice contracts. I was advised to send a letter to the fraud department which was done. An extremely rude lady phoned me asking if I acknowledge I have 2 contracts. Obviously she did not understand the letter I wrote explaining everything. How long will this go on before Vodacom Credit my account. I cannot believe that in this economic climate we are living in, you are taking my hard earned money with no hassle.
In January FNB deducted a Debit Order. They were supposed to refund me, but took the money of my account again causing an overdraft on my overdraft!!. I have been struggling since 6 Jan to have this rectified as there is accounts that needs to be paid and I actually paid the amount less this month as my account was in a minus. The last was that they need to get instruction from me to fix it. I have send emails on emails and screenshots. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
Good day, Vodacom has been double charging me for one contract. They keep on phoning me to upgrade and I keep on telling them I already upgraded. I have 2 profiles with Vodacom, both profiles has 2 Voice contracts on. I only have one Voice contract. and one phone .This has supposedly been escalated 2 weeks ago, but no answer. I also receive no invoices, only one statement from the account I have with Vodacom for 20 years. Two debit orders going of my bank account and one is way to much. Can this be sorted please. I do not think it is fair that i have to follow up constantly as a customer.
Stay far far away. Logged my first request on the 15th of September, only to receive some feedback 12 days later after spamming their inbox. Still without Fibre. Vumatel is waiting on them. Completed forms almost a week ago. One should think if you ignored my ticket in the first place, installation will be fastracked. Worst ever, I think there is only one person working there. Please escalate this to the management team and the MD, he should be made aware of this.
<p>Good day, </p> <p> </p> <p><br />On the 16th of May we (me, my husband and my mother) went to do the majority of our monthly shopping at</p> <p>Pick n Pay N1 City. (R 4017) While I was at the till, my husband asked for 3 cartons of cigarettes at the cigarette kiosk. They did not have stock, so instead gave us 10 loose packets of two of the brands and of my brand they only had 5 packets. Just before swiping his card, a lady, Collette said we cannot buy 3 cartons of cigarettes on our Cape consumers Card. At that stage my mom said, it is fine, she will buy her carton with her Cape consumers card (my mother has a card and I have a card) and my husband can buy mine and his. This was not good enough. She then stated no, you cannot buy 1 carton of Cigarettes on your card. Few seconds later it changed to you cannot buy any cigarettes on your cape consumers Card. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />I asked to speak to a manager, I spoke to a line manager. I asked if this is a cape consumer ruling or a Pick 'n Pay head office ruling and requested to know when this ruling came into play. He said it came from Head office. He went to inquire in the management office and after speaking to the assistant manager on duty confirmed that you cannot buy a carton of cigarettes on your cape consumers card. Please keep in mind that we have done this numerous times at the same Pick 'n Pay store and other stores. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>As consumers we felt insulted and like we did something wrong. There is no displays regarding this ruling instated by Pick 'n Pay.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Please advise me on the following:</p> <p> </p> <p><br />When was this ruling instated?</p> <p>Is Cape Consumers aware of this decision as they are losing revenue due to this decision? </p> <p>Why is not all stores following this ruling that you cannot buy a carton of cigarettes on your card?</p> <p>Why is there no display in the shops to save the consumer the embarrassment we had to endure? </p> <p> </p> <p><br />We feel Pick n Pay has no regard for the consumer and we are not placed first. I know my money spent at Pick 'n Pay is probably 0.0001% of your turnover, but just the template apology as usual is not acceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Can head office please clear this matter with me, I do not want a call from the branch, no point in that. Last time the branch called me and apologized due to the poor quality of the bags, no point, they do not supply or produce the bags.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I trust this matter will be cleared up as soon as possible, I am a loyal shopper and supporter of Pick 'n Pay but now I am not so sure how long my loyalty can last.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Kind Regards,</p> <p> </p>
