WELL SUPERSONIC!! YOU HAD TIME TO SOLVE MY REFUND SITUATION. YOU ****ED IT UP FOR GOOD. I HAVE LAID A COMPLAINT AT ICASA AGAINST YOU. I DUE TIME YOU WILL RECIEVE CORRESPONDENCE FROM THEM IN REGARD. YOU ARE FOR SURE THE MOST CORRUPT AND FRAUDULENT ISP THAT I HAVE CAME UPON IN MY LIFE. I WILL GHGF HGVCBGYT GO TO EVERY POSSIBLE LENGHT TO MAKE PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT YOUR ****ING DISGRACEFUL COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SO, LAST WEEK I POSTED A REVIEW ABOUT SUPERSONIC FOR THE 10TH TIME ALMOST. A VERY NICE LADY CALLED ME AND SHE REALLY HELPED ME WELL. SHE SAID SHE CAN SEE THAT MY REFUND WAS APPROVED AND SIGNED OF ON THE 24TH OF JANUARY. SHE SAID THAT SUPERSONIC'S PAYMENT RUNS IS ON FRIDAYS AND TUESDAYS. I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECIEVE MY REFUND LAST WEEK AND FRIDAY, THE 28TH. THE 28TH CAME AND GONE. I GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND WAITED UNTILL TODAY, TUESDAY THE 1ST. STILL NOTHING!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! THIS JUST SHOWS YOU THAT THIS COMPANY IS QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN THEY NEED TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE, THEY TAKE FOREVER!!!! REALLY, THEY ARE NOT AT ALL SERIOUS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!! HOPELESS.

I HAVE SEEN A VERY INTERESTING POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA THAT HAD A PROBLEM WITH MTN AND WENT TO ICASA AND THE PROBLEM WAS SORTED WITHIN DAYS AND REFUND ALSO DONE. NOT LIKE IN MY CASE WHERE I AM STILL WAITIING FOR MY REFUND AFTER THREE WEEKS. SO YES SUPERSONIC, KNOW THIS, TOMORROW 27/01/2022, I AM STARTING THE PROCESS WITH THE OMBUD IN THIS INDUSTRY. I AM ALSO GOING TO REGISTER CASE AT THE CONSUMER COUNCIL AND ALSO GOING TO ICASA, SINCE SUPERSONIC IS MTN. LIKE I PREVIOUSLY SAID: SUPERSONIC IS FRAUDSTERS AND THIEVES. THEY ARE BUSY WITH CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES - NOT PAYING PACK THE REFUNDS IS STEALING AND STEALING IS CRIMINAL!!!!! PEOPLE, AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM SUPERSONIC. HOW THEY WON THE PRIZE FOR BEST ISP IN 2018 OR 2019 ABSOLUTELY BLOWS MY MIND. BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO BAD SERVICE FROM ANY COMPANY IN MY LIFE!!
So I had a problem with Supersonic last year. With one hell of a situation I got them so far to actually seeing the issue and they started handling it. And they sorted the whole problem out within 48 hours. I am thankfull for that. BUT: Now I struggle with new problem - they are supposed to refund me an amount into my bank account. According to them it was supposed to take few days to come in (eg. Fromna Tuesday tot Friday maybe. That I can understand. But now it is slowly going on to 3 weeks now and still NO REFUND!! I emailed the two persons who helped me - NO REPLIES!!!! Thats why I am back on Hello Peter. Again they proof that they are not be trusted. They proof why I will EVER EVER think of using any of their products!! They are a hopeless case. So again people: STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! When something goes wrong, you have problems!!!
My LTE simcard gave problems only two months into use. That was Tuesday 11/01/2022. I called them. They established it is the simcard. That same day a swimswap was done. The next day the new simcard was already on its way. I am living in Prieska, seen as rural area. Today 14/01/2022, my simcard was delivered. That is what ypu call Excellent Service!!! Axxess just knows how to do business the right way!! 10/10!!

I AM FINISHED WITH YOU. I HAD PATIENCE UNTILL NOW. YOU ARE STEALING MY MONEY. IT IS THEFT!!!!! IT IS FRAUD!!!! I AM GOPING TO SUE YOU FOR THIS!!!! EVERYTIME SOMEONE IS LOOKING INTO THIS AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENS!!! YOU OWE ME 3 X R850 ALREADY. I GIVE SUPERSONIC A CHANCE UNTIL MONDAY AFTERNOON 12:00 TO SORT IT OUT AND PAY BACK MY NOEY IN TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. AFTER THAT I AM GOING TO GET LEGAL HELP!!!!!! SUPERSONIC ARE THE WORST COMPANY THAT I EVER IN MY LIFE DEALT WITH!!!! YOUA RE THIEFS AND FRAUDULENT!!!!!!!
I am living is Prieska, Northern Cape. There is not a day that goes by that MTN is not down. Sometimes for short periods and sometimes longer periods. For us, our businesness's depends on the LTE service for internet. But I am so GATVOL for having problems with the service here that I can scream from the mountain tops!!!!!! How can you advertise yourself as the best Network in South Africa but the problems is nonstop!!!! You call that false advertising and can be reported to the consumer council!!!! Something needs to be done here in Prieska!! This is absolutely absurd!!
Good day, I havent heared anyhing from you yet in regard the wrong debit made from my account. I want an answer and repayment of my money by the end of this working day. Of not, I WILL turn to the consumer council and lay an complaint against Supersonic for fraud. I am struggeling much too long to get this sorted out. Regards
On 08 December I wrote a review about Supersonic about their way of handling queries. Specifically I mentioned amounts that are deducted from my bank account that are not my services I have. They replied that same day and said they will look into it. Nothing happened since then. Again just a lot of empty promises. I thing the next step will legal action. As easy as that. Stay away from them!!! You will be sorry with doing business with them.
In October 2020 I gave the 30 day notice cancellation instruction for my landline at home. The cancellation instruction was done through Telkom's online option (I used this option because we live far from the nearest Telkom stores). I recieved a reference number for the instruction. It is now more than a year later and still the line is not cancelled. I stopped paying the account after the 30 day notice period was over. Absolutely disgraceful service to say the least!!! Telkom is surely one of South Arfica's worst managed companies when it comes to client services.!!
