I honesty think it's about time a class action suit is brought against Vodacom. The amount of times we have fallen victim to identity ***** due to their action. How every time I renew a contract , a month later I have to deal with a *****ulent contract added to it. And the nightmare of months it takes to clear my name due to this company's negligence. The ***** department at Vodacom does not even bother attending to inquiries anymore. This is ********
I constantly buy stuff for my home at Cielo. I love the quality of their furniture and decor. The products are also beautiful and make my home look well put together with very little effort. The service is great. They always deliver within days.

Discovered their products while surfing the net for natural/eco friendly cleaning products to soothe my allergies. Found their website with products that include personal care products. Been using their products for over a year and my allergies have subsided while the severity of my sinusitis has lessened a great deal. They deliver within a few days
I am very frustrated at DSTV. There are about 4 charges for DSTV insurance. The amount has been deducted without my authorization and added to my usual monthly premium. What is problematic about this whole situation is: 1. I have never signed up for DSTV insurance. I did receive a call from a very rude call centre agent offering insurance and I explicitly declined. Surely if they record our calls as they claim they will know I did decline 2. I don't even know what this insurance covers. Surely if I were to take up insurance I would also be emailed the relevant documents for my records 3. I don't even understand why they made 4 insurance-related transactions in one month 4. It's Saturday and apparently the insurance section only works weekdays. This means I am left frustrated for a good two days and am not getting the help I require I left an email which from the response will take a few days to be attended to. I do find this whole episode very unethical. I also need to be re-compensated. I cannot pay for something I did not agree to Multichoice needs to look into its insurance service provide. They are providing a very poor service. And it's possible they are fraudulently deducting endless amounts.
Three months ago went in for an eye test at Spec Savers at Mall of the North in Polokwane because my eyesight was not so good anymore. Eye test done, friendly service both front line service and from the optometrist. Being a first time user of glasses I had no idea how to choose and they assisted me greatly. Service and glasses fully paid by medical aid. I got my glasses a week later. They work amazingly. And they look stylish too. Quality of life has greatly improved.
I never imagined I would experience a nightmare signing up a contract with this company. The front line service was great and I got my router but everything that happened after that has been a nightmare. A month after signing up I discovered someone used my sensitive information (ID nr, payslips, bank statement) to try and acquire credit and car loan. Everything pointed out to them having received the documents from Vodacom, including using Vodacom statement as proof of address. Criminal cases opened etc . Lodged a complaint with Vodacom and 3 weeks later they have not bothered to even acknowledge my complaint. Disguising
Ordered some furniture online. I must have had 3 orders with them this year. All of them timely, the delivery guys helpful and friendly and I was pleasantly surprised that the quality of their stock is great and yet affordable as compared to their competitors. I am sticking to this store
<p>Ordered sofa and 2 chairs on 29 January 2017. It's 19 May and am still waiting for delivery. Inquiries are met with one excuse after another, it's hard to keep up. Now they don't even answer phones anymore. I have spoken to past customers , some of whom say the process of getting a refund is 10 times more difficult than the delivery tardiness.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
