I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance, Musa was absolutely helpful from the time he called me to organize tow truck, he arranged a car to take me home.. he stayed in touch right up until he ensure I was home safe absolutely great service
Chester whole sale dept in umbilo is such a nightmare to deal with, their level of service is appalling, I order my stock with sales, give me them collecting time well in advance, but everytime I sit and wait for order for over an hour, when raising an issue to staff, they fight to each other pointing fingures infront of me a client instead of fixing their internal processes. I am absolutely shocked, something need to be done to fix that dept, there is only one man dealing with clients orders, and he clearly isn't coping. Terrible Terrible service. They even gave me an incorrect order without noticing it.
My car went to durban central panel beaters for repair, I was frustrated, stressed due unfortunate accident I had, Michelle was so friendly, sincere to my situation, she kept me well informed on the progress of my car, Katty and Lee also were so helpful in answering my nagging emails all the time. Best team ever!!! Thank you to King Price insurance for ensuring my claim have no hastles at all, they handled everything very professionally.
SA Telecoms is a worst company to deal with, I signed up a contract with them in 2020 October, firstly my printer wasn't delivered on time after they promised it would be delivered a day before I open my business, 2. After printer delivered, we have been experiencing issues with printer connection, phone connection, etc when you call their technical dept, they are absolutely useless, they have no clue what they are talking about, they will waste time by making you do useless trouble shooting which does not help, I am 8 months into a contract, printer gears are faulty, SA telecoms staff is not getting back to us, including management of the company, This is absolutely the worst company to deal with. I would never ever give my business to them.
I am hugely disappointed in Liberty Life, I am king standing member, I have few policies with liberty. I wrote to you to request release of my funds which I preserved few years back. Because I exhausted my withdrawal, Liberty is refusing to release my funds, telling me about government rules which prohibit withdrawals, my point is, none of us anticipated 2020 covid9 pandemic, even government is unable to assist people of south african during this time, so I don't see why rules can't be relaxed to help people with their funds invested. Why should I suffer if I have my money stocked at liberty. It does not make any sense that Liberty refuse to release my money in this difficult times of covid19 which no one anticipated -
<p>I have been a loyal client of dial direct for about 9 years with minimal claims as possible, I am queit shocked, disactissfied and irritated that they are giving a run around for my claim on a stove, a lousy claim of stove which I would assusme it will probably cost not more thatn R6000. my stove is not working due to electric power search that happened at my house which affected my stove, I have given them all the details, suppliers sent to my house my dial direct gave feedback based on assumptions since they never opened my stove to check the real issue, I than laid a complain that I want them to investigate cause of damage before declining my claim Clarresa from dispute agreed with me that stove need to be opened in order to identify the issue, second supplier sent to my house looked at the stove again, checked few wiring and said stove is in working order, now I dont understand on what ground is my claim being rejected, whether because stove is working as they say or its warrantee items.. I am really disappointed at dial direct for such a pathetic service!!!!! ********** </p>
