Supported Randburg Glass all the years for my windows and mirrors, and now that I've told them that there is a fault on the mirror they installed, they want nothing to do with me. Pathetic!
Shocking! I bought a laptop which was supposed to be brand new! When it was delivered, the seal was broken, nevertheless I asked our IT company to look at it! They could not get it to boot up, they updated the BIOS, and there was no OEM! I was told there would not replace it but had to repair it. It was 12 hours old! They refused to replace it!!!! I asked for a refund!! Never ever ever deal with them!

Ordered some things on the site, took a bit longer than I would have liked. But received emails stating when it would be delivered and when I followed up on the order, I got an email response. Read the reviews and was horrified and thought for sure I've lost my money and wouldn't get the goods. But they arrived, about a week later that indicated, but otherwise all good.
My mother and I booked for a trip to Dubai. This travel agent said that we had to pay a certain amount, all in, which we paid upfront. My mother went via Vietnam, and all the hotels she checked in to, never received payment. When contacting Zenobia, she said she would sort it out. On checking with the hotel, who finally allowed my mother to check into the hotel, they informed her that they had only just received payment. We had settled the whole trip about 6 months prior to departure, so she earned interest on our money and never paid it over to the hotel, only when trying to check in. Then in Dubai, there was a struggle with payment too before we checked in and on further investigation, we found out she had cancelled the hotel a long time ago, and rebooked it only before we left for the trip. The hotel had told her they were full but she had begged for a room (because she knew we were on our way). After the trip she also told us that there was x, y, z outstanding because she had to do x, y, z (all sorts of stories) and we still had to owe more money. When we asked for a breakdown of costs she became rude and slammed down the phone on us! Never, ever use her for your travels!
