For the last 3 months i have been asking for proof of payments from my creditors as Finfix statements have some missing dates one month and then all of a sudden if you bring it to the attention of the manager you get a print screen that has been completed!! Worse service ever lets see if we get any answers any time soon. Will never ever suggest this company to assist with what they promise

Worse service ever !!!!!!! MML Kempton Park does not seem to care about their clients, as long as they get their money every month you can do what ever you want and you will not get response from them, and oh when they do come out to check your property they put a little piece of paper in the gate and walk away, on sending them emails about an alarm that have gone off in the early morning got a call only at 16:00 the afternoon all because i advised i am cancelling with them. Must say the people in charge are not very friendly either, some telephone manners should also be learned to say the least . Not even starting with when you have a system problem they are quick to advise a technician needs to come out... please also note you will never know what exactly was wrong you get a nice bill and weeks on weeks they will ask for payment and you will not know what you paid for. Will never ever use this company again,.
I have never ever had such a bad experience with an insurance company... Been over a month that I submitted a claim for rain damage. Still going around in circles.. Lesson learned I will never suggest outsurance to any one ever again.
So yet again!!! What pathetic service.... It's been again two weeks for fnb to sent a mandate for a Debicheck after all the chats with online bankers, phoning their card department still no help from them. I am starting to think that fnb is the worse bank to bank with! Took them over a month to update my portfolio now almost two weeks to just do a Debicheck. It cost me money and time to phone after them!!!!!!
Pathetic to say the least over a month and a half to get back to me on a query ref numbers have been provided and to date still no feedback

Have requested 3 weeks ago for a consultant to phone me in regards to my credit card application. Received a sms stating they are working on it. It's pathetic to date no response. This after being a fnb client for over 10 years
<p>Goodness i have debit orders that is running agains my FNB account from Absa Bank and Absa Bank refuses to assist with why or how the lady just told me at Absa call centre number ********** 070 she can not assist me. How about this is fraud and i will open a case of fraud agains Absa Bank due to i have no account with Absa Bank at all. I require a Absa consultant to respond and refund my money!!!!</p>
<p>Every month i email proof of my payments to Debt Rescue kempton park, and every month i get smse statting that my debtors will not be paid, every month my debtors get paid late due to their pathetic service. I have so many times put compliants in at their compliants department and every time it just gets left. They were paid for all their services and i take it that is why their service are so pathetic</p>
