I recently had a very frustrating experience with Netflorist and I am very unimpressed with their incompetence! I ordered personalized pillows for my two grandaughters. Firstly one of the two I ordered was not in stock even though showing on the website. I compromised and chose another one. Pillows arrived but one of the names was incorrectly spelt. This is after sending a template for a simple 6 letter name. I sent the pillow back to be corrected. Once again no stock of that one. Chose another one. I had to have a date on it ( which I did not want!) Pillow arrives ...date incorrect. By this stage I had had enough. I told them to collect both pillows and give me a refund on both. They were not happy about refund on second pillow but eventually agreed. Long story short...I have waited for over a month to have both refunds sorted out. VERY unhappy with the level of service and incompetence. Will not be using them again after this experience!! #BlackFriday
Awesome food!! Friendly family run restaurant. I have never been disappointed.. Also great for takeouts. A lot of attention to detail. Best peri peri chicken ever!!
I recently had a very bad experience with Incredible Communication Nicolway branch I took my brand new laptop in on the 30th Nov 2020 because I wasn't happy with the performance. They refuse to exchange it for me and said they would have to send if to the supplier for assessment. To cut a long story short I had to wait almost 2 MONTHS to get ice back and an extremely frustrating two months at that. Nobody bothers to follow up and keep you in the loop. I had to keep phoning and shcn someone bothered to answer the phone I got a different story every time. There seems to be no communication in the store between the employees I ended up phoning head office who were also not very helpful. I got my laptop back today. They wanted me to pay R600 .I flatly refused yo pay it as the unit is brand new. They then proceeded to try and give me somebody else's laptop. What a debacle!! I certainly won't be buying anything from Incredible Connection any time soon
Ripped off!!! I was recently ripped off by this company. I was battling with my DSTV signal. I phoned them and was quoted a R450 call out fee. The problem was a damaged cable. They charged me R650 for a cable that could not have costed anything near that as well as labour R550 over and above call out fee ( not more than 15min work) I would not recommend them to anyone. Plenty of other service providers out there
NORTHRIDING BRANCH I recently had my clutch replaced at this branch. I should have run a mile when they first gave me the incorrect quote!! Due to incompetence or negligence they damaged my computer in my Mini by leaving the battery out of the car for an extended period.They tried to get me to pay for the diagnostic test but when they could not come right they came clean and admitted they were at fault. The box was replaced by them but afterwards my air con not working. Coincidence? I think not!!! I had to pay for a sensor to be replaced. Twice!! They broke my side mirror which the replaced and have damaged my sun roof screen. They refuse to be accountable. Everything in my car was working perfectly before I took my car in to them. I was also without my car for approximately 3 weeks. This caused a great deal of stress, wasted time and money (Uber) I am a health care worker and needed to be at work. They also never got back to me when promising to do so. I honestly feel that I have been taken advantage of and will never go back there or recommend them to anyone.
