The agent was very efficient and helpful
The agent was very efficient and helpful. Within minutes the tow truck was here to fetch my car. Also gave me a callback afterwards to find out if all was good n my car was fetched properly.

Long waiting periods
I'm currently standing at the bank branch in Absa raisethorp in the que for the passed 30 minutes. This is absolutely terrible customer service. It's the 15th of the month and only 2 tells are working. There are 10 people in this que waiting here. Also staff are very rude and arrogant. I dnt think this is Africanacity.

Bad service
I have just experienced the worst service at Nedbank liberty mall. As the bank opened we were 3 customers waiting. I received my ticket number E003. On the screen showed a minimum waiting time of 5mins, I waited 15 minutes before a consultant called my number. Also my reason for going to the bank is I could not draw out money from the ATM. I have had this issue for the 4th time this year, when I go to the ATM it declined all transactions with error code 96. The ATM gives me this and asking me to contact branch. Now that I am in branch nobody knows what this error code means. About 6 months ago I have the same issue so the bank decided to replace my card. Now with the new card this is happening. I have had it with Nedbank and there ****py service. I will not be banking with them.in there new year.

Game and samsung
I purchased a Samsung 9kg washing machine from Game liberty mall. The machine is problematic. I laid complaint with store as well as Samsung and no help. The machine parts have been changed within 4 months or purchase and still Samsung wants to change more parts in machine. Store manager says he can't do much it's Samsung's problem. So why sell a problematic Brand if you can help with after sales. I will not use money at game again.

Samsung just and expensive name
Purchase a Samsung Washing machine at game last October. Within 3 months the machines became problematic. A Tech was sent to me, the machine was open and parts were replaced with the 1st 6 months of purchase. Up until now the machine is a problem and Samsung does not want to replace the machine. I will never recommend the brand Samsung to anyone. They are just a brand name with no quality.

Cheaters
I bought a car from them in April this year. Car has more wrongs than right. Car was sold to me under false advertising. No services history and endless mechanical faults. All they do is patch up jobs and the manager Elvis Naidoo is extremely rude with a dnt care attitude.
