I had my business accounts frozen without any communication from the bank whatsoever. It was a rude surprise when i tried to pay a supplier and i couldn't. I really looked like a fool. After calling FNB countless times to find out what was going on i finally was told im under fraud investigation. Like seriously? How and where was the fraud committed? Nobody gave me details until i was given the number for the guy handling my case at FNB fraud department. His name is Innocent Hlongwane. Now either his phone is on voicemail or never gets answered. When he did finally answer he didnt even give me a chance to talk he just told me to email him and gave me his email address. Now in response ro my email....which he replied after a couple of days he points out that my peraonal account has been implicated in a fraud case, but yet my personal account is functioning normally and my business account is the one that is frozen. So how does that work. He then tells me i received R2000 and R2200 which were fraudulent but those amounts are when i transferred from my business account to my personal account. So i have no idea which transactions are fraudulent because i sure as heck did not report myself for fraud after doing the interbank transfers. So now i can not even supply him with the invoices to prove that there were payments from clients because i have no idea which transactions are in questions. And does he take his dear time to respond to emails. Meanwhile clients are still paying and i am now failing to deliver because FNB is holding my funds. So there i go again turning out to be a real fraudster now!!!!! Why doesn't the bank communicate well with its clients? And why employ people that prefer to take their time at the expense of others. I am now considering getting legal assistance and making sure someone pays for the loss of revenue that is now occurring since im losing business due to inaccessible funds. And i still don't know what the full nd proper story behind freezing my account is. This Innocent guy is sloppy. He can not tell me my personal account has issues yet its fully functional. He must get his act together. FNB will be hearing from my lawyers soon. This is utter nonsense. Ludacris!
I can not stand this company anymore and have decided not to deal with them directly anymore. I'm headed for the small claims court now. I have wasted almost R7000 and my fridge is still not working. Then they have the audacity to tell me to pay callout fee for the same job. In 8 months they have returned more than 3 times and I recount my warranty from the last time they touched/worked on the fridge. So I refused to pay warranty and they refuse to come. Last time they came was a week ago. That's when they wanted me to pay the callout and I refused. Today I called them to say from last week till now the fridge is no longer working. Cecila told me because I refused to pay the callout fee last week, they will not be coming to look at it. So today as I type this I'm in a queue at the small claims court in palmridge. I'm fed up. Guys please take them to task. Samsung I have phoned many times to have these guys removed from their database but nothing is being done. Maybe I should take Samsung on for recommending such bad service!
I arrived with my sick mother at the hospital around 8pm. It's amost midnight and we have not received any service. There are only about 10 patients in the waiting area. Eventually left the hospital just after midnight without the help and having paid for it. No refund. And yet I get asked to sign a form that I'm leaving. What sort of hogwash is that? ?? You don't offer the help on time but expect me to sign some ****** form that I'm leaving! !!!!!! I would like my refund please. People were vomitting in the waiting area and bleeding on the floors and nobody bothered to clean of attend to those. That hospital is a disgrace.
<p>The manager at alberton branch does not pay her staff on time and does not pay them their full salaries. She is so rude and takes advantage of the fact that her employees are desparate for jobs and do not speak up</p>
