This online shopping experience was very bad. They delivered a used second hand unit in poor condition. I phoned them, and Jason said they will exchange the unit for the correct item. Since then, I have not received any communication from him. He does not even answer a telephone call or reply on my emails and whatsups
I have done a change of ownership on my MTN Contract in October/November 2022. The first month MTN deducted the amount of the handset from my account, as well as the account of the new owner. I have asked for a credit of R740.00. Up to date, I have not received the credit note. Since December 2022, MTN disconnects my airtime. Every time I have to call Customer Care, which replies they can see there is an outstanding credit note, and that my line shouldn't be disconnected. They then reconnect my phone. Happy days.... but when the new month starts, I have to do the process all over again. Why cant MTN just update my account???
Its been a week since my husband has settle his account with Vodacom, but his phone is still blocked. Seems like there us nobody in the call center or any supervisor that can help him. They dont even read the emails he sent
Pick 'n Pay Vanderbijlpark Perfect Centre - On Thursday, 20 August 2020 I had some kind of seizure whilst doing my shopping. The managment of Pick 'n Pay took good care of me and my little girl of 11 years old. They were professional and very sensitive to my needs. I want to thank them and show my appreciation.

<div>I was given false hope about making money with the JSE. I told the rep I had none experience nor knowledge regarding this, and he assured me that it was very easy. I could even - after 6 months - cancel the contract and the money would be paid back to me. Useless to say, when I phoned the people, they told me I have signed the contract for 24 months and an amount of R32000 (odd) was payable by me. Now, I am paying very hard on school fees, and dont even bother to talk to these people again</div>

<p>I have been paying the MTN Insurance for almost 2 years on a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. The screen was broken and I did not claim for it. But then June 2017 the phone got stolen. I had a lot of problems to black list the handset. Each time (for about 2 weeks) when I phoned 808, they told me their systems were off. Eventually I have done everything the Insurance asked of me. Now, the lady from MTN Insurance phoned me, and told me I cannot claim for the stolen handset, because (though it was with colleages), it was unattended by the owner! He was playing a action cricket game. Was he supposed to play the game with the sportsbag? What is the use of having an insurance policy, if they have all sorts of excuses for paying out a claim???? <p>October 2016 I have cancelled a contract with Vodacom. The kept on taking debit orders from my account (and still is). The cancellations dept assured me my contracts are on pay-as-you-go and they will refund me the money they took since October 2016. I have reported it to ICASA, which in return advised me to refer this matter to NCC. Still I have no joy. I have not received any of the refunds, and yet the debit order is still going off every month. I dont know what else to do....</p> <p>Yolanda</p> <p> ********** </p>
