The worst rental properties i would refer my family or friends. Its have been 4 month going on the 5th month we have not received or deposit refund back. They have been giving us the run arounds from pillar to post and no one is willing to give us answers or what's going on with the refunds process. We were rushed to move out when we gave them our notice to move out. The inspection was done on time and everything but now when is time to refund us it takes forever and no one is telling us anything. it didn't even take them long to get new tenants which is very unfair when it comes to pay us our deposit back. I would like to warn people to think twice if they thinking of moving in Little Manhattan properties because they ill treat their client and don't care about the customer services and the wellbeing of the tenants.
This is the worst hospital to be under privates... 6 hours and still waiting for my baby to assisted.. the doctors chance shifts and the one on duty comes to drink tea ka dikuku while we still waiting for assistance. Nothing is serious in this hospital. They too quick to take the money and everything but to lazy to help patience.. they've got lame excuses for days . This is my first time and last time I visit this hospital and certainly will not recommend anyone to go there... My biggest regret.
Their services nice, they are always on time and customer friendly
I have been a tenant with them over 13 months now, I have never missed any rent money since my day one.what makes me angry now if how they treat us tenants. Yes I aknowldge and very much aware that my Jan 21 rent have not being paid and which is the first time.i did explain to them that due to the pandemic I had to change jobs and which has resulted me to being on probation and affected my finance and budget really bad.i had to compromise some other thing to be able to pay school fees and get my son stationary for back to school which led me to not paying the Jan rent. My concern now is how the management not being considerate and telling me that they don't care and the decided to cut off my electricity,, which also resulted me not to be able to do my work as I am working from home. According to the lease contract that we signed it stupilated that , when failing to make payments for 3 consecutive months that's when they will act , either to be evacuated or any other. The problem is that now one communicated with me or what so ever to cut off the electricity or not even procedures were followed.i am not the only tenant complaining about this .if it's not maintenance it either electricity high rates. It's been 2 days now my electricity is been cut off now and I am worried about the next thing which would be me loosing my job.i call this lady who left me an SMS after they cut the electricity ,2 days leaving messages and being put on hold because she couldn't take my calls.when I finally got hold her she told me that these nothing she can do, better make the payment or no light..thanks for being caring...I mean I am almost a month half for me to get paid so I can make this payment..how will I be able to work, least for my food that needs to be refrigerated.all she said is "I don't care''... I need them to know that only not this will be a punishment for missing one month rent but ..it will cost me my job and another month of being back on my financial because I will still have my food rotten. I am so angry and frustrated at their poor services.
<p>On the 01st of June i went to the branch in order to apply for a new cell phone contract. I left my details and information as requested for them to approve and process my request. I was told i will get a respond the next day. When i went again to the branch on the 2nd June i was told the documnets have not been processed and they will call me. I did not get any feedback and on the 08th June i proceeded to go to the branch again. i was told to wait for Lucky who was assisting me as he was on lunch. this was at 4:30pm. When lucky came back I told him i have been waiting for Lucky and he said he is not lucky yet he was the same guy I dealt with the last time. He continued to say Lucky has gone home. I then left the store without a sim card and a contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today (09 June) i called around 9am and he answered and said he will call me back. He never called me back afetr promising to call within the hour (9-10am). He did not call me back. I called him again at 12:30 and he says he has done the porting cancellation and he will send me the reference via email.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to highly that during my conversation with Lucky around 9am today he was rude and was laughing as if I am an idiot. I do not want anything further to do with Vodacom and wish for the porting to be cancelled with immidiate effect as my number has not been working for 2 days now due to this unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect to customers. I do not want any of my documents to be processed for a new contract as i will go to another service provider that understand customer service and is serious about customer satisfaction.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just a note, I have had bad reviews about this store with friends telling me they waited a month for their contracts to be processed. despite this bad reviews, I had trust my experince will be diifferent. Alas I was wrong. I find this alarming since this mall predominetly caters to black people. It is disturbing to think one can get a good service in big malls as compared to the black malls. This is utter disgust and i will never associate myself with your brand again.</p> <p> </p>
