Outsurance comes out tops....
My laptop was stolen which was very distressing because I hadn't backed up anything. In hysterics I called Outsurance and was very lucky to chat to Salona who calmed me down and patiently listened to me in hysterics. She was in constant contact with me, updated me continuously and never hesitated to assist. What an absolute pleasure. What an amazing experience. THANK YOU. Outsurance is lucky to have you on their team.

TERRIBLE ESTATE AGENTS
The worst experience of my life from rogue estate agents who don't do what they promise, who contradict their contracts and have no accountability for their actions. Can't be trusted and their claims on their website regarding their business practices is far from the truth.

KEY MOVES - CAREFREE AND PROFESSIONAL!!! BRAVO
After reading all the negative reviews about this company we call JhbRemovals with a lot of concerns about subcontracting to a company that left so many clients out of pocket and angry. We were assured that they were good and with time against us we took the risk! BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO KEY MOVES! Paul called before they arrived on the Friday, they were professional, packed our stuff like experts and did this all with smiles. On our arrival in Cape Town on the Monday, we received a call that they were on their way and on time and even after we gave a wrong street address (coming from Gauteng) which delayed them, they arrived with smiles and patience. They work hard and do long trips and I cannot fault them on delivering a carefree experience at an affordable rate! Thank you so much!!!

ABSA - NEED A GOOD LAUGH DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SAD EXCUSE
We are sitting with incompetent people and various emails to relevant people that don't even get responded to. Riaan at homeloans does even have the common decency to respond to emails and the callcentre agents are programmed like robots to ask stupid questions, who waste their time and make fools of themselves by calling clients for outstanding amounts of 18 cents.

Their 48 hours to handle complaint equals 7 days - The worst service ever experienced on all levels
<p>Last week Friday I posted a complaint on here and was called within 5 minutes. Got sms Case ********** 068P6 with a 48 hour feedback promise and to date I have received no feeedback. My car is paid off and they rejected it after a drunk person stole my car and wrote it off. Spoke to girl this morning and heard my policy hasnt even been cancelled so I pay for a car that is standing at First road yard. No work for me no pay! I am now considering the Ombudsman. I warn all of you do not consider this Insurance under any circumstances. The initial man Herman was incompetent and handed me to Bongani, who ignored my calls all the time and never even bothered to speak to me but harassed my mother for information regarding my car. I in the end called him. </p>

<p>My car was stolen by someone got drunk and wrote it off. My car was paid off and all I had so I have just lost R60000 to an intoxicated man. He was a friend I knew from years back and gave him a place to stay. Whilst not at home he stole the car, Regent sides with criminals and this was my first claim since I owned the car from 2007 and was not my fault. They say my mother gave him permission but it is my car. NEVER EVER GO WITH REGENT THEY ARE A BAD COMPANY!!!!!!!</p>
