I’ve ordered over 2 months ago as you failed and delayed my order I then requested to be reimbursed it’s over 3 week while waiting to be reimbursed. This is so time consuming to be writing emails everyday to follow up on my money
Takealot prices are ridiculous and false sales expectations to customers, prices and 700% mark up price. Consumer ombudsman needs to intervene.
I bought a bed (Restonic Bali) last year within 10 month the bed is sinking, I've logged a query the store and head office whereby i've Requested Peter Sadiki who is Area manager to call me and he never bothered to call me nor resolve my query. Selalelo the store manager she is forever with i don't know answers and acting like she is doing me a favour to resolver my query. I am the point that i want to cut off ties with JD group they refund me i will go buy a bed at House&Home or OK furniture.
I’ve purchased Restonic Bali around Feb/March my bed is sinking . Restonic manufacture head office asked that I take picture's of the bed and they said the bed isn’t sinking. The bed is sinking to a point if one is lying down on top of the bed you won’t see an object lying next to you. I’ve logged a call In November till to date my query isn’t resolved . I’ve asked store manager Selalelo to get regional manager to contact me and I’m being told that he is in meetings and he never bothered to call me nor respond to my emails. May I request the store or franchise owner to call me in this regards. This bed is sinking like Titanic and I was told that the guarantee is 9 year and it’s only 9 months down the line sleeping 🛌 on Restonic Bali waking up back pains. I have a chronic of Endometriosis that also results to back pains and now my medical condition it’s worse due to uncomfortable 🥴 sleeping 😴. I’ve brought my medical condition to the store manager asking if they will take accountability to my physiothe****** ills and she is not optimistic to accept liability my medical bills. The night is long whereas one should resting instead one stays up no peaceful sleep on Restonic Bali.
I’ve made a purchase of Polar Box on the 14 December and delivery - courier 3 to 7 working days. I’ve followed up with Hirsch’s online department and they advised me on 10 working days. The guy who was assisting me was discriminative and humiliating as if I didn’t know and understood online purchasing
I bought a Restonic Bali bed from Sleepmaster Soshanguve block VV early this year Feb/march 2023 and the bed is sinking . I've reported mu query in November and shared pictures of the sinking bed. They've insisted that i pay delivery fee of R350 FOR THEM TOO REPLACE THE CURRENT BED, as when i bought the bed I've collected with my own transport. The bed is not comfortable and resulting to back pains . RESTONIC BED IS BAD AND ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The type of customer service one receives from Sleepmaster soshanguve is bad, whereby i have to call them always to follow up on my query.
I've made an online order and used my work address for delivery. I received a call from a lady on Monday 27 November, who sounded as if she was ding me a favor to deliver my parcel . Tuesday i called the 0125769000 and i was on hold for over 30 minutes no answer i got. I then called Makro customer care and advised consultant that the delivery address used is my work address and confirmed availability from 07:30 - 16:30. Today Wednesday 29 i called the Makro call centre to up on my parcel and consultant Lee was so helpful arranged for my parcel to be collected at store by my husband. Upon arrival there was a hiccup , the gentleman that was assisting with my parcel at the store confirmed that i cancelled the order as per courier. As much as i ordered online i know all the procedures to cancel the order. Makro is a reputable store and must have competent staff . Online purchase should be easy Hustle free not forgetting amount of airtime and petrol waisted .

I've placed an order on SHEIN and ETA 2-4. Buffalo International Logistics isn't delivering and per ETA OF 2 DEC-04 DEC-2022. I been following UP on my order and even sent 4 emails to Rennet and never received a feedback. Consultant Brian is very rude even hanged up on me while busy on the line.
