What a terrible experience 😪. My mum is 82 years old went for a pedicure and said it was like she was being tortured they hurt her feet so feet. Her toes were bleeding. A pedicure is suppose to be a relaxing experience not feel like torture. Stay away from this place
I went to Lilly white laundry, and asked how much they charge, they said R42.00. I took my laundry in the next day, and they confirmed the price with them. Thye said the laundry would be ready the next day same time, which was 8.30am, i went in the laundry wasnt ready. I went back in the afternoon to collect and was told it was R202.00, I was so shocked. I said I was told R42.00, she then added R42-00 per kg. I said the per KG price was not mentioned before, she them said let me re weigh the laundry and suddenly it was R168.00, still not R42-00. I paid the money. When I got back I took the laundry out and the clothes were not properly washere white marks on the clothes. washing powder stuck to the clothes. I have been to other laundries before and they charge per load, and they are upfront about that, and never have I had clothes not washed properly or white marks left on my clothes.

Alta botes from Remax all stars , dont rent from her. She is lazy and does nothing to sort out is issues in the flat you are renting , I moved in, and it took over 6 months to get a leaking tap fixed, amongst other issues.. I eventually called the managing agent. The flat has Mould in the main bedroom,. the flat was filthy when I moved in grease on the stove for many years. burn marks on the floors. I gave notice to move out on the 06 November even though my lease was expiring on the 31 December 2024, I still paid for the month of December. I sent her an email to ask her to make herself available to do an outgoing inspection and she ignored my email, I even gave her details of a potential renter, she then asked me where the keys are, I told her they are with me, she then said I must drop them off at the Alberton Remax branch, which I cannot do as 1, I am working and 2, no outgoing inspection has been done.
I ordered KFC on 2 x occasions this week. Last night and Sundsy evening at 2 x different branches . Kfc steeldale and new market in both occasions chips were stale and had black marks , as well as the chicken having no crispness and being oily. I complained on their website and nobody has responded
I have got Barcelos last Friday and it was not nice at all no flavourful very bland. My friend said the same thing
I just want to say a big thank you to Letumile Motretsele at Pick n Pay Pharmacy Steeledale for her excellent service, as well as her kind and caring manner. There needs to be more people like her in the world. She went above and beyond to help me
I have had a few customer service issues with 2 different pick n pays. 1st was today at Pick n Pay Alberton city, they a special on 2 x Chelsea buns or copanhagens for 10.00 when I went to the bakery counter and asked about the special, Vuyo argued with me and said there was no special, so I pointed to the sign and said I wanted the special she then proceeded to make me wait while she chatted to her friend, and then told me she could not mix. So I told her to forget as she had such an attitude, I just put my shopping down and left. I have also had problems with the service at Pick n Pay Steeledale where there was a man accosting people for me and I felf unsafe when I told one of the staff he told me to go to security on the other side of the shop, whilst he was texting on his phone. They simply do not care about the customers. Their pricing is often wrong especially when it comes to their specials and you often have to argue at the tills about their pricing. I think I would rather shop at Spar and checkers from now on.
I am very upset and angry with this company. I had an accident just under a month ago, and my car was a right off, and my insurance organised car hire through them, as I have this attached to my policy, the car hire expires today, and was told yesterday, I called them 3 times and asked if I could extend car hire in my personal capacity, in other words i would pay for it. They gave me a number to call, which was my insurance number. I then called by and was told that she would get someone to call me. No call came. I called again this morning and spoke to a VERY RUDE call centre agent, and was told they only deal with insurance companies and I must call the branch, I asked what branch and why was I told yesterday they would get someone to call me, and she responded very rudely and said we don't do that, I then asked which branch and she said Europe Car. I was told they would collect the car this morning at my work at 10.00am, and I am still waiting. I am very frustrated, as I now have to get car hire through europe car, myself, and I have to do this before 5pm today, or UBER home. WHy was I not told this yesterday. and why was that women so rude. Its seems that they only care about the insurance companies, not the public who have been through terrible ordeals.
I ordered a burger and chips at Wimpy Comaro Crossing, opposite the Glen, for take away, when I got home the chips were stale and burnt, and the onion rings were burnt, I threw all the chips away, I put a complaint on Wimpy's website, and have its almost two weeks later and no response.
