The guest cancel the booking one month in advance and Airbnb refunds her in full despite my strict cancellation policy. I then phoned Airbnb and they told me this guest was eligible for a full refund due to travel restrictions. I then reply UK does not have restrictions anymore and that I have the right to see in writing what are these travel restrictions. Airbnb answer was that the case was closed and if I wanted more "help" I needed to write to their support center. Something I did and I am still waiting for an answer. Shocking !
Bought an antibiotic in June and discover in december that has expired in november Went to the Pharmacy told them about it and they said that when they sold me the antibiotic the expiring date was still right. Normally an antibiotic has an expiring date of few years. So this is mean that they stock old medicines They were not interested in a refund or a swap with the same medicine with the better expiring date. I went to another pharmacy and ask them if this is normal and they find it very unprofessional that they keep medicine like antibiotic with only 6 months expiring time and not say anything to the client. I will never buy anything again there
Great service, helpful, professional and friendly . We bought few cars from Mike and we always being super happy with what he suggested . Highly recommend it !
Worst service ever. Cancel my service on line, receive the ticket nr and after 12 months they still billing me. Try to call several times and their lines are so bad that you can not hear anything. Line drop, they do not call back. Not know what to do anymore... I want to leave them forever but seams like they do anything to keep you hooked. Never enter into a deal with them please
STAY AWAY !!!! Appalling service , have being invoiced for service not receive, made me spent lots of money for not resolving the problem, not following up on job and client. Worst service ever
IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH BROKE GATE WHEN INSTALLING FIBER CABLE, NOT DELIVERED THE ROUTER FOR FIBER BUT CANCELED ADSL SO NO CONNECTION FOR DAYS , SPOKE TO 8 DIFFERENT PEOPLE , NO ONE CAN HELP, LONG TIME WAITING ON THE PHONE. TERRIBLE SERVICE.MUCH BETTER TO WORK WITH WEBAFRICA
