I’m experiencing problems with receiving a moneygram and I can’t seem to get assistance on the secure chat on the app. One minute I’m routed to a consultant, then I’m communicating with someone else who doesn’t know what’s going on. Very confusing
I noticed 2 transactions on my account with a reference for excess fees amounting to about R350. After chatting to a consultant on the app, I was notified that a merchant delayed taking funds from my account and only took it when I didn't have funds. What is confusing is that each time I make a transaction, I receive an email showing amount deducted and remaining balance. The merchant delaying to deduct money from my account shouldn't be my problem since I had money in my account and it was deducted on my side. FNB, please do better. Don't take our hard earned money like this. It really isn't fair.
It would be great if they would provide information on the withdrawal status. They previously requested for information that was already provided causing unnecessary delays.

I sent a completed withdrawal form on Wednesday as well as outstanding document they requested, i just wonder if someone is paying attention to whats being sent to them because i keep getting emails that dont make sense about this form
They damaged the battery on my husband's car. We had purchased a new battery for R2,3k a day before we took the vehicle for repairs, now they want to give us R1,8k or replace the battery (hopefully with a new one). There has been a lot of back and forth for over a month and still no battery. They say we have the battery only to find that they purchased a smaller one. The inconvenience is ridiculous. If you plan on taking your car to them, say a little prayer that they don't damage your property as it's a nightmare for them to sort it out.
I have updated my tax details a number of times and yet I’m still getting messages that my account will be frozen on the 12th of October. I’m so confused

It has been frustrating to just withdraw from Discovery medical aid. I have been receiving different emails with incorrect information.
Terrible customer service. I have been waiting for a response from them regarding withdrawal for a while now.
