What the hell is going on with these people. You are preventing access to payroll systems and government tax portals. Will you be liable for interest and penalties billed by SARS due to missing deadlines because we are unable to access these critical online portals that are deadline driven???
What they promise is not what you pay for!!!!! Have to hear excuses about their stuff ups. Waste of time. I ordered online, made an immediate payment. Promised priority order/delivery of a bed that has a lead time of 3-4 weeks. Only received 7 weeks later. I had to follow up on my order! They didnt even have the decency of giving me updates. Bed received with instructions on how to set up, lets see if this will take another 7 weeks... think twice before ordering from them!
VERY CONCERNING DATA DEPLETION RATE. Something is not above board here. 10GIGS depleted in just over 12 hrs??????? ***. Since upgrading last year to a new contract my bill has esclated from under R2000 to over R3000 per month because of additional data that I am needing to buy. My data has never never in all my years with Vodacom been depleted at such rates.
I made an online purchase for a washing machine. When I made the online order and payment their website indicated the item was in stock and that delivery takes 2-5 working days. After lodging a complaint, I was contacted on the 5th working day and told the item is out of stock. HIGHLY unprofessional and not acceptable. Emails are not responded to and their phones just ring the whole time... worst online buying experience.
Very poor communication or updates once order was placed and paid for. Placed order on 21. 04.2018 and have still not received my order which should have arrived early June 2017. Tracking number provided does not exist. I wouldn't suggest ordering from them
I am so disappointed in their network coverage. It does not pick up network coverage at my work at all or in some areas whilst driving on dangerous roads. Which means I now have to spend more on data (Vodacom) so that I can at least have some type of network coverage. I specifically took out wifi router on a good data deal to save on costs. But what the hell... pointless... pointless... pointless...
<p>They have not bothered to contact me back or respond to any of my mails relating to a claim for more than 5 months now.</p>
