I have tried so many time now that vodacom fix this mess. I cancelled my contract 2 months ago but they still deduct money and send statements. You phone - no human. Go to a shop - they just pull up the shoulders. I just want to be rid of vodacom, please, domebody or anybody help me!!!! Vodacom are ********s that just ***** your money. Is my next step to lay a charge at the police?
Pathetic! One star is too much. Their service pathetic. Unable to remove my profile after many requests!

What bad service! I can only call Vodacom a bunch of *****s! I had an account with them for a wifi rooter for a very long time. I never upgraded as it was not necessary. I called on the 7th of August the numbet to cancel the account. I had to try 4 times before I got to a human. The gentleman I spoke to cancelled my account on my request. I received an email the past week stating my account is in arrears! I answered back that the account is cancelled and that they should get their admin in order. This morning a debit order went off with double the usual amount!!! I am unable to get through to a human. I want my money back Vodacom stole from me. They should get their admin together!!
I want to share the awesome service I received by Timothy at Pick n Pay Clothing, Glengary. What a delightful young man who went beyond the one mile. My mother could not get out of the car but Timothy brought a pair of sandals to the car. He helped her putting it on and treated her with so much dignity. He is a huge asset for the Pick n Pay brand..
Please correct me if I am wrong. I have two contracts with Mtn and one contract I terminated on the 22nd of December 2017. The contract loads on the 12th of each month. The debit order goes off on the 15th of the month. According to Mtn, I do not pay in advance but I am "behind". As I understand, on the 15th of January, I paid for December the full amount for both contracts. I paid for the contract that was terminated from the 12th of December to the 22nd of December. which is fair and correct How can it be that I have to pay for the phone from 23 December to 12th January if the contract does not exist anymore? I tried for an explanation from the person at the call centre but the attitude I got was totally unacceptable.
<p>I stay in a rural coastal village where the majority of the permanent residents are pensionares. It is now more than 10 days that we do not have any Telkom service. This was reported on the 21st of June. As at to date, nothing has been done about this. We experience a high crime rate and are dependant on our landline for the secutity company to assist. I'm a pensioner and stay alone, I have no other means to communicate as it is too expensive forme to use my cell phone all the time. The arrogance of Telkom to charge for the rental of the line and then there is no line is plain fraud! This is not the first time where we have experienced this. You get charged to rent a line but no service! How can you justify that? Please, we are elderly people and we are being exploited by Telkom - beyond pathetic!</p> <p>The referance number for the call made on the 21st of June is 189CWZ210617.</p>
<p>This is the second complain in one week. After the first fiasco from Vodacom's side, I was contacted and the problem was resolved, or so I thought! It is a case of very quickly deducting money from your account but when it comes to pay it back..................................!!!!!! I was promised the money will be in my account by Friday 23 June AT THE LATEST. It is Tuesday, 27 June, 16:28 and no surprise - no money paid into my account. Totally unacceptable, incompetent and just no work ethos at all!</p>
<p>Vodacom deducted too much money for my monthly contract. Beginning of the year I was approached by a sales person from Vodacom to get a wi-fi rooter. At that stage I still used the "stick" and a sim card in my tablet. the person assured me about 4 times that the rooter replaces the other two devices and I will only pay for the rooter. The other two contracts were terminated.</p> <p>BUT, in March and April the full amount was deducted for all three contracts. I went to Vodacom in N1 City, Goodwood. After filling in a lot of forms I was assured that the two contracts were cancelled and I only have to pay for the rooter. Again in May the full amount was deducted. Again I went to Vodacom and was promised that the contracts were cancelled. I enquired if there will be a refund. No reaction. To no surprise, the amount was again deducted in June. Again I went to Vodacom and again I was assured that the contracts were cancelled. Again I asked if there will be a refund for the 3 months and again no reply. I find this totally unacceptable. it feels like I am dealing with the walls and that the service in short is pathetic.</p>
