I'm dissappointed in the Brackenfell Medicross next to pick n Pay Hyper. Their ADMIN supervisor is rude and errogant. I have been Going there for years never changed my email address she sent me an email for an urgent matter to a wrong email address instead of taking responsibility like a grown person she tried to pin it on me when I called her out she dropped the call so unprofessional Alisha Hagen is her name
The worst experience I ever got, I have never gotten this level of incompetence in any business not debiting on time and charge you late fees even though its them who missed the debit and when you alert them they say they will call you back and resolve then they don't and ignore emails 6 months no resolution I regret using them
<div>I have had the worst experience with this company and now they just not responding to any of my emails. The first booking the cleaner was MIA then they phoned me non stop while I was at work that someone else is coming who showed up later than the time and left early, the mistake I made was to book a repeat clean its been downhill, the staff is always changing and lost don't know what GPS they use that they can't find places. Then there was the taxi strike which they kept changing dates and through all of this I was very understanding and courteous. When it came the 1 time to show me gratitude and grace I was treated so poorly and unprofessional first they told me the person wasn't coming the she came and **** that she's pressing the intercom I'm not answering, yes I didn't answer my phone because I wasn't expecting anyone the instructions of my apartment and numbe they in their possession person could have walked to my door but chose to leave then they charged me for that when they kept changing dates and expecting me to understand but them I'm not worthy of understanding what about my time waiting for someone to show up and they don't no one compensated me now they not answering any of my emails so unprofessional</div>
Hi Hello Peter you keep sending me emails to reviews but I won't anymore this is my last one on your platform, my review is against you. I posted a review about a racist encounter I suffered in a business and I posted it, you instead of assisting you took a side of the business without even investigating if the allegations were founded and instead chose to take down my review. There has been multiple complaints of the similar nature against that establishment like Facebook they have a poor rating because of it but you didn't bother to check but just took down my review. So this told me you are non objective entity so therefore I will not be using your platform any longer where I can't voice my true opinion. My review was also proffesional no obscene wording was used. Thanks
The worst customer service I have ever experienced in SA the owner is rude and obnoxious I think his rich enough he doesn't need the money anymore. So let help him and not buy from his shop anymore with racist undertones.PLEASE STOP SUPPORT THIS VILE HUMAN BEING.
I bought Lasagne at Pick n Pay Stand street cooked food Delhi for lunch to my surprise when I took the first bite it tasted off then I take another one to make sure and it was definitely off so I walk back to return and I am appalled at what transpired next it turns out I'm not the only one there to return all the people who bought it were returning it. Then they tell me to wait for the supervisor no one is acknowledging they did wrong or apologise for the inconvenience let along the fact that they could have given us food poisoning and this unprofessional supervisor has the audacity to weigh the food again to make me pay for the two bites I took and not give me the full amount I paid no one apologised when I asked for the manager they just called her to void the payment at this point I got irritated should I still get sick from the bites I took because Pick n Pay its too cheap to sell us fresh food Im going to hold them responsible.

<p><br />I have a serious complaint against Jet stores Cape Gate I bought a phone for my daughter it lasted only 3 weeks nothing happened to the phone it just shut down and refused to charge or start then returned to the store for repairs it was taken in for 2 months the first time it was returned to the store without being repaired then it was sent back to the repairs department, now they tell me its back and its working I don't want that phone anymore I just want my money back there is something seriously wrong with it how do I know that something wont go wrong again.</p> <p>Jet sold me a bad product so therefor they need to give me my money back I don't want anything to do with them as a consumer I have been treated badly and I just want my money back.</p>
