Intercape's lost and found section shocked me. I forgot toiletry bag in the intercape bus. Made arrangements with very nice people in bloemfontein and pretoria depot. Eventualy the toiletry bag was sent back to me in cape town. I'm still shocked that all my sealed toiletry item were gone. The bag was almost empty. Wow i am realy shocked.
26march 2025 agent zack solomon from optivest helped with an application of a new medical aid. We did most work and agreed he'd call again to finalize the application and also call my current mrdical aid to cancel. That was last time i spoke to zack solomon. I emailed him many times, called his landline and left message. None got a response. Yesterday thyrsday 3rd april 2025 i sent him an email, i told him its clear hes ignoring me and if he dorsnt help me finish this application i will submit a formal complaint. Thats when.i finaly got a response from Zack solomon. The response was one half line. " the only time i have is this afternoon at 15:30". No apology no explanation. I accepted the suggested time. But then i realized that this person is not bein professional. So i decided to restart the medical aid process application myself and all necessary documentation and all. I dont blame optivest because ive worked with them before they are very kind and helpful. But there is this one pwrson inside optivest who will ruin their reputation.
Theres someone who uses the first fir women website and logo to try and ***** people's cars. They sent me an email ssyibg my premium went up because my car needs to go for inspection. I must send them my address then theyll send an agent to come and collect my car. I said that's uncomfortable I'd rather take my car myself to inspection to that they declined. Insisted that if i dont agree then premims will remain. Thats when i decided to call first for women straight. Who co firmed that they dont work like that. That email is NOT from them.
Something called ICB EPIC just tried debiting my account. I do not have any business with this thing and no authorization to go and debit my account. Now i am charged unfunded by the bank for debit order.
ABSA is abusive. First they went and debit an account I did not authorize them to debit. After all their investigations, my case is being closed. Paying back the charges is the end of it for them. BUT I still don't know WHY they did that unauthorized debit order. I've been expecting a call from absa just to explain what happened. I mean if there's anything to be done to prevent this from happening again .
The debited my two different accounts twice for one car one month (may 2023) instalment. They did an authorized debit order because I did not submit different bank details do who gave them permission to debit a different account. They are abusing me
Netcash is debiting R99 from my account every month no matter how many times i keep on reversing it. Is there someone who knows what this NETCASH is??

Afriworld transported my furniture in 2013 when I relocated from mahikeng north west to cape town. Some items of my furniture were damaged. I called them, I emailed them. They were responding to emails and asked me to send prices of each item, and pictures of damaged items , I did asked and that was the last time I heard from them. They just ignored my email thereon. To date they haven't paid my damaged furniture.
