The oven we bought in December had manufacturing, part and assembly faults. After a number of approaches by me the oven was replaced. On registering for the guarantee, I discovered that the replacement oven guarantee is only valid for the time remaining on the original oven. This is a new oven! Surely the new guarantee should be for the full period! We are careful appliance users (yes, some are not) and being penalized for Defy's faults is unfair in my opinion. We have re**** on Defy for over 40 years.
From the time we entered Nedbank at Ballito Junction, Ayanda was there to help. She was friendly, smiling, helpful and very efficient. What a pleasure!!
It is interesting that MTN are wonderful on advertising, offering customer deals and telling the public how they have spent R13,8 billion on improving their network, but don't appear to be looking after their existing customers. I would think that without customers there is no point in spending a vast amount on your network and promotional offers. Surely CRM is important.
I have been requesting that my MTN contract statements/invoices be emailed to me monthly since September 2023 and have not received one. This, despite more than six SMS's from MTN over the months informing me that the information has been sent. I have needed to visit an MTN store to request a printed statement. In the midst of all this I received an SMS on 20 June informing me that they are performing a credit check on me - after being a paid up customer for 40 years???!! I then decided to put a debit order in place for my monthly contract payments to obviate any more waste of my time. I went in to their Ballito Junction store, provided the required information, received approval from my bank and then received two SMS's from MTN, first informing me that my MTN authentication was successful and then, about three hours later, that the authentication failed and that I need to go back to the store and chat to an agent. MTN, please can you tell me whether you care about your customers and if you are prepared and able to assist me resolve this situation swiftly.
As they requested, I submitted photos of the items I wishes to sell and, despite their promise to contact me within 24 business hours I have still to hear from them - even after I sent a chaser email.
Despite contacting MTN and visiting a store twice I still am not receiving my monthly invoice/statement via email as I requested. MTN are also now not acknowledging receipt of my payments vis SMS as they used to do. I have no idea as to what the status of my contract account is. The last SMS I received has the reference number: 1-41983211060 sent on 10 April and I have received no email since then.
Cooks was quick to arrive after I called Arniks and he is knowledgeable, helpful, informative and friendly. I highly recommend him and hope that the rest of the company are as customer centric as I have not had any communication from them since Cooks was last here and took away our microwave.
We have used TNT on a few occasions and have always found Tim and his team to be reliable. good at what they do, helpful and courteous. We highly recommend them.
I first contacted them on 25 March (it is now 15 April) regarding our freezer and a technician came 2 days later. He said that the freezer would need to go to their workshop and that he would try to organise a loan freezer while the repairs were being carried out. He said that the office would be in contact to arrange this. I still haven't heard from them, despite calling them and the technician who said that he would follow up. They don't appear to be service or customer-centric at all. I have since sourced a far more reliable company.
I received a good quote from this supplier to have our home lawn re-laid. However, what I was promised was not delivered. The levelling of the ground was cursory to me and I now cannot mow the lawn because of the un-eveness of the sods, The supplier told me that he believed the ground was level. I was also told that the new grass sods would kill the existing remaining foreign grass and ****s underneath - which it didn't and much time has been spent trying to dig them out. When I complained I was told again that the lawn is level and suggested that I need to get some topsoil (at my expense) to fill any uneven areas. I am one very angry client!
